ISTANBUL/SYDNEY (Reuters) - Big oil producing nations denied on Tuesday a newspaper report that Gulf Arab states were in secret talks with Russia, China, Japan and France to replace the U.S. dollar with a basket of currencies in trading oil.
The U.S. dollar eased in response to the report, which was written by The Independent's Middle East correspondent Robert Fisk and cited unidentified sources in Gulf Arab states and Chinese banking sources in Hong Kong.
It said the proposal was for trade in crude oil to move over nine years to a basket of currencies including the Japanese yen, the Chinese yuan, the euro, gold and a new, unified currency planned for nations in the Gulf Co-operation Council, which includes Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
But top officials of Saudia Arabia and Russia, speaking on the sidelines of International Monetary Fund meetings in Istanbul, denied there were such talks...
SECRET MEETINGS
"Secret meetings have already been held by finance ministers and central bank governors in Russia, China, Japan and Brazil to work on the scheme, which will mean that oil will no longer be priced in dollars," said the newspaper story, adding that France had also been involved in the talks.
The Independent said U.S. authorities were aware that the meetings had taken place but had not discovered the details and were "sure to fight this international cabal."
This 'international cabal' happens to be the rest of the world finally lining up to defeat the plans of the New World Order. My dream data has demonstrated remarkable validity over the years, particularly when I get multiple data points that converge on the same vision, and I have never had any other single sequence of events given so much attention as what I'm getting on this one.
This now includes additional new data I have personally received from three different highly-positioned 'insiders' as well, two of which are very recent contacts -- and whom I can say very little about at this point. I did share some of their testimony on the air.
I have understood all the basic elements I have been shown in the dreams, have backed up all the core points with reliable insider testimony, and have been diligently gathering as much information as possible in an attempt to validate the visions with real-world trend research.
FORMAL, COMMONLY-ACCEPTED DISCLOSURE
Originally I was focusing on the aspect of the prophecy that discussed a major economic realignment which occurs along with a major defeat and / or setback for the New World Order cartel.
Now the signs are becoming increasingly clear that a formal, commonly-accepted disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence may be part of the package as well. In fact, disclosure may be the major focal-point that all these other events cluster around, and are triggered by.
Again, I would have a hard time believing this could ever happen myself, but the data is extremely redundant and very obvious in what it is saying.
This is a war, in a very real sense, and making any prophecy about it may engage the Heisenberg principle -- by observing the future you also change it. Therefore I do not want to get very specific, though I do have specifics.
Suffice it to say that it seems very clear disclosure will happen. It is not a question of if, but rather of when. It is not clear whether the economic upheavals will come before the disclosure, at the same time, or afterwards.
The data seems to weigh the heaviest in the direction of saying the upheavals will occur prior to any actual disclosure. There is the potential that these disruptions could meet or exceed the intensity of that which we saw last October. However, I am getting very clear guidance that the disruption will only be temporary, and a much better and more prosperous world will follow in relatively short order.
THE BIG HORSE RACE
I also have come to see this as a horse race. There are two completely different ways disclosure could happen that I have heard from firsthand insider testimony, from totally unrelated but highly credible sources, and Kerry Cassidy has heard of another completely different plan for disclosure from yet another unrelated but credible source.
The Illuminati factions, I am told, have always planned to have all this information come out, but felt the concomitant new technologies associated with disclosure would create a population boom that would destroy the Earth if it were released before a major reduction in world population size took place.
If it were up to them, they would not allow any of this to come forward until one of a variety of population-reduction strategies were implemented. One of these strategies involves a "wait-and-see" approach in the event that the timeframe of 2012-2017 features some sort of major cataclysmic Earth Changes that dramatically affects all human life on Earth.
Many insiders sincerely believe this must be done in order to "save the world", yet the data consistently shows that as societies are allowed to develop, the birth rate decreases rather than increases. Grinding poverty leads to people having children in order to ensure their survival. As they develop, they have far fewer children and put more time and attention into the ones they have.
On a fundamental level, many insiders have a sarcastic, cynical and highly racist view of humanity, and I do not support it. Nor do many within their own ranks. In fact, I am seeing more and more evidence of widespread dissent within these groups, with the genocidal aspirations no longer being embraced.
THERE'S PLENTY OF ROOM
Furthermore, it is now abundantly clear that even if there was a population boom, we have more than enough resources and capabilities to insure that everyone has the space and necessities they need.
The deserts could be re-greened to support far more life on Earth. There are vast habitable underground areas people could be relocated to -- some natural, some ancient and some modern. There are substantial bases on the Moon, Mars and other satellites that could hold many more people than they do now.
There are hundreds of spacecraft built and run by our own insiders that are vast in size -- four to five football fields in length or more, some taking 25 minutes to walk from one side to the other at a steady speed -- and they also could hold many, many people.
Many of these assets were built with our own tax dollars... the resources of this planet. This incredible development boom is one of the main reasons why the economy of our world is so highly depleted at this point. We have actually been very productive, with marvelous developments and ingenuity, but hardly any of it is visible to the vast majority of people here on Earth.
Every intelligent species in this galaxy is human in its basic form -- and there are many varieties that are similar to how we look, including some who could be virtually indistinguishable from ordinary people here on Earth.

This is a really great hotel that sits directly opposite the Whole Foods, which for me is a big plus. Again you will hear sixteen hours of lecture content, which I am continually updating as I go forward from talk to talk.
You also get the dream-sharing circle where I will teach you in real time how to analyze and understand your dreams, so you can begin harnessing the guidance they have for you. I do this by a combination of verbal instruction and Q&A from the audience, deciphering a whole string of people's dreams in a short time.
After you hear about it for a while, you start to really understand the 'language' and how it works -- and I have yet to ever hear a dream I couldn't decipher. This has become a valuable part of every weekend event I do, and since it does take time, I don't have the chance to do it in smaller events.
I also lead wonderful guided meditations, complete with live musical backing, and in these cases we've had many people experience truly cosmic awareness -- almost akin to a psychedelic trip but without any drugs.
Even Jim Hart, the author of CONTACT, came into it as a skeptic, having never had such an experience in meditation, but when he participated in my guided meditation on the Canadian Rockies trip, he had an amazing psychedelic experience -- and that same night he and his writing partner Amanda were treated to an incredible UFO sighting out on the porch of the Chateau Isabella!
For some crazy reason they didn't come and wake me up, as this was a very real thing, not some satellite or 'swamp gas' in the sky -- but I'll get over it.

Has anyone commented on the new energy "ribbon" just discovered on the edge of the solar system?
I think this is a futher sign of what David has been reporting the last few years: that as our alignment with the galatic center in 2012 comes closer, The Earth, as well as the rest of the solar system is getting more energized.
It is my personal beleif that the production of cosmogenic (created by cosmic ray) elements such as lithium will spike. Cosmic Rays (Lithium) may be the transport system of David's energy of peace.
Having followed David's work for over a decade (since the times of ascension2000.com) I have always been impressed with his openness and genuineness. I find a lot of his research and putting information together to be very impressive and about the best you'll find shared publicly... I don't agree with all the conclusions on political matters, in which I feel David relies too much on his dreams to explain - I think that things will be more clear after the fact, as has been the case with David's past dreams that have been prophetic but not fully interpretable until the events actually occur. We all need to work on our own spiritual development and come to our own conclusions about things - looking up to anyone as guru or messiah keeps us stuck and perpetuates the drama we create on Earth. Resenting those we disagree with also perpetuates the dysfunctional dramas, so those who disagree with David need to look at themselves if they are feeling upset about David's views - Creation gives every soul the opportunity to experience the reflections and projections of one's own consciousness, and there really isn't any invalid path or perspective - all are useful experiences as points of awareness evolve from limited perspectives to more expansive and integrated perspectives.

Accident, leg injury, two years in pain, how did you know, a dream?
This happened 4 1/2 years ago. Connected with my higher self during this period of time, and it's has been a wonderful journey back into reality. Dreams and all!
Your words about negative energy are very true. They have become a catalyst for many to make the choice: STO or STS. Most are naturally choosing STO since this is a solar system of compassion.
One of the lessons learned over the past few years is, with greater knowledge comes greater responsibility. This includes be tested on ones beliefs on an irregular basis. Plus intrusions, by negative energy if STO. It's all part of the testing process. As you know, the stronger your energy field becomes, the greater the tests.
Just ignore the threats and complaints. All are on their own level of spiritual advancement.

You are a very special soul.
Everyone that has made it here seems to have a bond with these new sciences and paranormal activities. Being a 17 year old that didn't read books until a monk gave me a Yoga book, I undoubtedly have a strong connection to all these things; drums and music, other beings not from earth, the stars at night[which I can see really good since I live in the desert], and spiritual growth. I just wish to know the truth, I dislike the skeptics.

Ladbrokes, Coral, William Hill and Paddy Power bookmakers here in the UK have all declined my bet that it will happen, so maybe they know something we don't?
My bet was that the president of the US will disclose BEFORE December 2010, not this year for the same reason you have mentioned, it might be a big discrediting thing that is going on here. Still the major bookmakers of the UK will not accept my bet.

I have listen to you for so long. I have such respect for Project Camelot. I do not have a problem with you personally David. You seem like a fun person. However, I do not agree at all. Good things do not just fall in to ones lap. I /we have to earn it. Further, I am not sure that everyone can explain in their own words the science you speak of. If you are trying to reach many people then you should speak in terms that the lay man will understand.
Remarkable information. To add to this synchronistic enigma, there is a video out there of an enormous "halo" cloud effect over Moscow, and then the recent announcement of the rehashed TV series "V". In the ad, the aliens are handing out pamphlets that say "Dawn Of A New Day". Sound familiar?

David - great seeing you at some of the events! I just saw a preview for 2012 the movie on t.v. and i must tell you - you might want to invest in some extra bandwith. It doesn't air for another month - but I'm predicting an unprecidented amount of traffic hitting your site. They are advertising on national t.v. prime time - thats tens of millions of viewers...all likely to search for 2012 in the coming month...and maybe just as many after they see the movie.

I think this article has done more than all previous ones to pull it all together into a clear picture. I believe you are the most credible of any spiritual source on the web. What I told you when we first communicated is still as true today, I love you man! I have been to at least three of David's conferences, and could not more highly recommend them for the following reasons:
1. David is truly an expert and living library of knowledge on all aspects of basic science, modern/new science, consciousness studies, parapsychology, extra terrestrials, our government, world government, and so much more.

3. Every conference I have gone to has been different in many ways, and also presenting new information that was often just discovered, or re-discovered, and gave me an entirely new picture on our whole-ogram that I would have not wanted to have missed, that has not been presented on the internet.

Interesting interview on coast to coast David. I would like to comment on what you said about the Anunnaki being reptlian. These has to be clarified, because some people will simply assume that to be the case. There's benevolent and malevolent factions within the Anunnaki. The benevolent one's are mostly humanoid and some the malevolent ones have some reptlian mix within.

Keep it up, you're on a roll! Great show on CTC, great audio blog. I think you've done a great job with the music as well, so try not to let the negative comments get to you. As a part-time musician, I know too well that everyone's an expert, in particular those who are shy on talent. Your music will only improve, and I think you did a marvelous job, especially given the volume of the Wanderer Awaken.
Sorry we can't come to Hawaii, would be a great trip, but bad timing. If you don't get enough to sign up, you might consider February or March as a re-try, as many folks are more inclined to head towards warmer climes about then... right now, summer is still fresh in my memory, which makes me disinclined to travel to a tropical locale for a few months.

I don't know if anyone has pointed this out but isn't it possible the separate black ops people who told you about the discloser are feeding you this information because they know it won't happen and you will be discredited, I mean think about it if your right about the discloser people will REALLY start listening and wake up but if you aren't, people will doubt everything you say (maybe thats what THEY want?)

I have watched your site for awhile now. I watched 2012 Enigma and was entranced and most recently, watched the Camelot video with Jordan Maxwell. While I agree with a lot of what he said and says, I still believe that there is something bigger and better and more hopeful in the picture for this country and for this world. I stated a year ago that 2012 is the reason for 7 billion people on this planet. That why everytime someone dies someone is born. That re-incarnation is at high speed and that no matter what genecides, diseases, wars, etc... that number cant be altered. Its something we are all meant to be a part of as we all make it. Great post, as always. Heard you on Coast simply by accident, seeing your listing on their website. What a great surprise, and yes, it was a landmark appearance. George was skeptical in a healthy way, but you held your ground and gently but firmly guided him, and the audience, through the whole story. I could hear him melt towards your point of view.
You have had great success shifting hearts and minds in many of your listeners/readers in general, guiding them to a level of acceptance of a very necessary understanding of the big picture. I have heard many of these points before, but you have a way of putting it all together in a coherent and contemporary way, and I so appreciate your ability to back it up with credible "insider" testimony. I also trust your dreams.
You are a guiding light and the Universe is using you as a big megaphone to spread the truth and prepare us for what is to come. It is indeed positive.

David it was great to hear about your wave dream on Coast to Coast. This last week I dreamt I was in a sort of lifeguard hut and I would see thru a window a wave come up to like a second floor, I waited afraid and nothing happened so I open a door and I had a view of a beach on a summer day and everything and everyone were just fine having a good time.

In school I remember sticking up for a fellow classmate; a very humble, quiet guy who was being bullied and his name was David Cox (so quite similar to your own) I've recently learned that he sings in a BarberShop Choir - he was a gentle soul too. Anyway, I remember getting slapped in the back of head by one of the lads bullying him when I told him to lay off, that'll teach me to intervene ha-ha; I tried, I failed, they laughed

I've quoted your comments widely about the whole 'we are overpopulated and running out of rescources' meme being a lie. I've known what you're saying is true since my involvement in the Los Angeles World Hunger Event in 1980. And yet, even people who know all about the shadow government and their depopulation agenda STILL can be heard repeating this idea, as well as even some people prominent in the Disclosure movement, like George Green. We simply have to address this acute misunderstanding out there so that people don't fall in with the plans of the NWO out of ignorance.

I'm getting ready to check the audioblog...yes I'm sure you're hearing quite a bit of feedback regarding your disclosure views that you shared on C2C.
Of course it is indeed a bold statement, but you have been saying for a while that you felt disclosure may come by the end of the year. Well the end of the year is approaching, and you're not backing away from your statement. I believe that you wouldn't make such a statement unless you were truly convinced that it was going to happen.
I truly hope it does happen, it will be such a major catalyst to move us into a transparent, holographic, 4D existence.
My folks live out in Phoenix and I'm overdue for a visit. Maybe I can plan for a time around your conference and check it out. I've been kicking myself for missing your conference in Laughlin last year.
