Hi, just got this book but there is an error in printing, it starts from page 19, the pages were not ripped off, it was printed that way, any chance somebody can email me the first 18 pages! Thanks.

I just tried to order from amazon but it is out of stock, any idea when there will be more available? I’d like the hardback version. Currently the only ones selling new are by people I assume are unaffiliated with DC and are selling the book for hundreds of dollars. Barnes and Noble is an option I could use but would have to get it shipped from the states to the UK.
