All my life I've been struggling with problems (addiction, depression, zero self-esteem), I've been a rather self-centered and unstable person and I've felt lost - until a friend of mine introduced me to the Law of One and your teachings. It's totally changed my life, and I've found peace and meaning to my life.
I would need a few hours at least to write down all I wanna say to you so I'll just skip it and send you my thoughts in meditation in stead.
To everyone else I just wanna say, forgiveness is the biggest gift you can give anyone, and by forgiving others you also forgive and strengthen yourself.

The main thing we need to hold is Love for others and not get caught up in fear. If we can learn to work together as a team, then we can make it through. We are a very resourcful group that is capable of anything really, if our intentions are true in our hearts. No matter what happens, we will always be one, as a whole, it is universal. The Indian philosophical thought in fact, is very advanced and even describes incredible time scales, as well as other dimensions and planes of existence. All of this is tied also to the mind body connection and how consciousness is nothing but pure vibrating energy which can be controlled / harnessed through deep meditation, supplemented by ingestion of substances that promote super conductivity within the body.
However, I would be extra careful about doing things without proper guidance / instruction, as some of these could cause more harm than good, especially if the intent is flawed.
For example, in order to properly meditate (either by focusing on a vibrational design - the Sri Yantra is an example or chanting a mantra - single like Om or Aum or complex - multiple sounds), it is first necessary to purify your body and mind. Also, you would need guidance from an experienced teacher (or guru). By purify, I mean that you need to cleanse your spirit - e.g. treat others as you would yourself, lead a virtuous life, do not wish harm or injure others, speak the truth always and give, rather than receive. These are elements common to most religions.
Also, you would need to control your emotions and remove attachments and a bunch of other stuff. This may sound preachy but all it is, is an injunction to live a clean life and be upright, honorable and above all, truthful.
In the ancient texts, it is said that human beings need to pursue only one thing in their lives to be successful - to live in truth. This is the hardest thing to do and each day, if you strive for this goal, all others will naturally follow and you don't really even need meditation or other things, which is only a substitute to get you to think and clean your mind of what people would call evil, sinful or other thoughts.
It is natural for people to have these thoughts and rather than being ashamed of having them, let them come into your mind and purposefully reject or cast them out. If you can just do this, day by day, you will see a tremendous improvement in your lives.

I started to read the book and all the things in there were already familiar to me for some reason. The book just gave the explanation to my odd sensations, feelings and so on. It was a big proof for me that I am on a right track.

I have a few odd questions and I'd be glad if someone could answer. What does it feel like going out of the body I mean what is the feeling right before it happens?
When the soul splits from the body isn't it the higher self pulling a stroll on the astral plane? Can it really happen to ordinary people? On the internet it seems many could do it but I have doubts about it. Sorry to crowd the comment section.
[Moderator: There are many interesting books that can teach you how to do it, and they work. I have done it before, to me it feels like lucid dreaming but everything is slightly more realistic looking than even that.
The one I have is "The Art and Practice of Astral Projection" but I have found that karma and love operate the same way on either plane, and if you do it, make it a positive intention, that it may serve the highest good.

There are a lot of stuff about this I might as well just say a lot of pile of useless information. It's not like I'm a beginner because I've been doing this for many years even when I was a kid but tingling feeling aside nothing really happened.
It just makes me think that OBE, reaching our higher self or other stuff are just a privilege for certain people. Another thing is that many made a lot of money out of it but the world doesn't seem doing much better than before. Also the bio foods in many ways just a lie in my opinion.
I don't wish to discourage anyone buying them it's just nobody can be sure if they are really bio. I think we better off just find the way between fast food junk and pricey bio stuff like cooking to ourselves. I have a friend got sick from uber healthy diet and she ended up with candida.
The main thing I wanted to add here is that I purchased David's Source Field book and it was more than amazing. I've read it three times already and probably will read it again. I have a few questions about it though but not on this topic.
