China appears to be responsible for a huge series of equipment malfunctions over the last three months, forcing the NWO to stand down. This is rapidly becoming the most incredible story in Disclosure history!
CHINA AND ITS ALLIES MAY HAVE JUST SAVED THE DAY
China and its allies -- including Russia, Brazil and India -- may well have just saved the world from the greatest crisis and loss of life in modern history -- if not in all recorded history.
The scope of the disaster that was planned, and the potential loss of life, would have made any dictators' accomplishments -- Pol Pot, Stalin, Hitler, et cetera -- seem to pale by comparison.
As bizarre as this must sound to most people, this massive counter-insurgency against the New World Order apparently wouldn't have been possible without direct collaboration and assistance from extraterrestrial humans... who look and sound just like us.
KALI THE DESTROYER
Furthermore, these extraterrestrial humans wouldn't have been allowed to intervene until very recently.
The fact that they have been allowed to intervene at all is a seismic shift... sending incredible shock-waves through the insider world as we speak.
This analogy may seem laughable, but based on what has just happened, it is literally as if Universal Law was fundamentally altered.
It's almost as if the sky just ripped open -- and angels have now appeared floating in mid-air. Whether these angels are benevolent beings or literal manifestations of Kali the Destroyer depends on which side of the fence you're on in the planetary game.
"THE RULES"
As you may already know, I have been fortunate enough to interact with multiple witnesses who have worked in various levels of the UFO cover-up -- some at levels significantly above the need-to-know basis of the President of the United States.
When you speak with the top-level insiders in the black-ops community, you often hear them mention THE RULES.
These projects are so compartmentalized that only the high-level people are even aware that THE RULES exist -- or of how far-reaching they are.
It has taken me years of interviews to explore and unravel this strange subject -- particularly because of the potential for confusion.
Sometimes, when insiders talk about THE RULES, they are talking about guidelines their own group insists they follow -- such as secrets they must keep, disinformation they are expected to pass along, who gets to know how much, what mistakes are bad enough to get you killed, et cetera.
However, over the course of many conversations, I increasingly realized there was another level of THE RULES -- a level they have absolutely no control over.
WHAT ARE "THE RULES"?
In this greater cosmic sense, THE RULES are a set of principles that the insider black-ops community has felt, for at least the past century, were as fixed and unchangeable as the Universe itself.
They also believed THE RULES would continue, unaltered, for millions of years. Apparently they have time-viewing technology that led them to believe this was the case.
The idea that this was a manipulated timeline, and not necessarily the real future, was far too mind-blowing for them to ever consider -- particularly since you have people living within these timelines, and you can go and visit them and live there yourself.
Nonetheless, all ETs visiting the Earth must operate within THE RULES. It is impossible for them not to.
WHO MAKES "THE RULES?"
One day, only a few weeks ago, I finally got smart enough to bluntly ask one of my main contacts, "Who makes THE RULES?"
The reply was: "Who makes gravity? Who makes the sun rise and set? Who makes the Galaxy spin?
"We don't know who makes THE RULES, David, but we have no choice but to follow them. There is no workaround. There is no other way. That's why they're THE RULES."
This is a strange subject, and will undoubtedly lead to some folks laughing and thinking I'm crazy... but this is what you hear about when you talk to these insiders yourself.
At the highest levels of the UFO cover-up, it is well-understood that events on Earth, and indeed throughout the inhabited galaxy, are being managed and controlled -- by unseen forces.
Some things are allowed to happen... and others are not.
THE 'QUARANTINE'
As one key example of THE RULES, our Earth is under a 'Quarantine' that prevents most ETs from being able to enter our airspace in a way that would be visible to the naked eye -- except in rare, unpredictable and brief bursts of time.
This is the main reason why we don't see more visible UFOs -- particularly in the case of negatively-oriented ETs. In fact, without this Quarantine, negative ETs would have invaded and taken over this planet eons ago.
This Quarantine also appears to allow those planetary controllers here on Earth to do whatever they want. Or so they thought.
The Quarantine is maintained by a vast network of super-advanced, indestructible satellites surrounding the Earth -- built by very high-level ETs. These satellites keep humanity locked in -- and everyone else locked out.
The insiders do not know who built these satellites, nor precisely why they are there. It's simply another part of THE RULES.
When you view the patches of US Space Command or Navy Space Command, they picture the Earth surrounded by two circles, similar to the typical depiction of electron orbitals around an atom.
This symbolizes the Quarantine -- which protects us from the bad guys.
LET'S SEE SOME PATCHES
On this official military website, you can find a patch commemorating the 25th anniversary of Air Force Space Command -- from 1982 to 2007. You can see the two rings around the Earth clearly depicted, as well as a stylized image of a back-engineered ET spacecraft in flight:
From what I've heard, these triangular craft are enormous in size -- taking quite some time to walk from one end to the other -- and are already in operation throughout the galaxy. The shape you see in these emblems is almost exactly what they look like.
There is an official website you can visit for the Naval Space Command and the US Space Command. There is also a Wikipedia page for the US Space Command, linked from an even more detailed Unified Combatant Command page.
UNITED STATES SPACE COMMAND
If you read this US Space Command page, you will find very specific information about who was in charge, when they were in charge, and what they allegedly were up to... and it includes the following emblem, featuring the rings I'm talking about:
Notice the crosses on each of the rings. We'll get back to that in a minute.
You can also read about US Space Command in this article on Space.com -- in an interview with Gene McCall, chief scientist for the Air Force Space Command. Naturally, the article attempts to put a mundane spin on the story and does not include any real 'juice' of Disclosure.
AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND
You again see the rings around the Earth in the Air Force Space Command patch. This was originally featured on the official Air Force Space Command website, which has since been taken down.
However, at this website, there is a comprehensive series of mirrored links to what was originally on these official websites -- along with the now-defunct links. I suggest saving your own copy in case it gets taken down.
When you go to this mirror site and sort through the images and text, this triangular metallic flying machine image appears over and over again on various badges and emblems -- along with the two "quarantine rings":
Also, again notice the two crosses on either side of the delta-shaped spacecraft -- crosses that directly contact the rings.
These, I believe, are meant to be Knights Templar crosses.
THE "KNIGHTS TEMPORAL"
In a Project Camelot interview, Gordon Novel revealed that these insiders like to refer to themselves as the Knights Temporal:

The Knights Temporal
G: Well, I have a group of folks that I call the Knights Temporal.
The most prominent aerospace engineers and physicists in the world today are all part of a team we call the RAM group. We call ourselves the Knights Temporal.
We took a page out of the idea of the Templars, who basically blackmailed the Pope to give them the fiefdoms over Europe. They created the banking orders we have today.
Since we believe the technology is rooted in time, we call ourselves the Knights Temporal. The alien technology, the UFO, is basically a flying time machine. That’s what we believe, and it’s all we know about it.
What Novel does not say here is that these international bankers did not merely "take a page out of the idea of the Templars." These groups are the direct descendants of the Knight Templars -- and have still kept all their secrets.
NAVAL SPACE COMMAND
The same two "quarantine rings" appear in the emblem for the Naval Space Command, also mirrored at the above site:
"TOP HAND" AT VANDENBURG AFB
This next patch can be found on the official Vandenburg Air Force Base website on Strategic Air Command.com.
Again we see a cross on one of the Earth's protective rings. The sword, as we shall see, appears to be a Knight Templar blade.
With the line "Strengthen the Shield," there is a clear implication here that the two rings around the Earth could be some sort of 'shield' that we want to make sure stays strong.
Further, there is the suggestion that this shield may be at least partially enforced by that same weird delta-shaped craft:
AFSST 76TH SPACE OPS
Also check out this "AFSST 76th Space Ops" patch from the same site -- the official Vandenburg Air Force Base website on Strategic Air Command.com.
Again we see one of the "quarantine rings" as well as the same flying metallic triangle -- this time with wings around it just in case you didn't get the point that it flies.
Two smaller delta-shaped craft also flank the AFSST acronym at the bottom:

JOINT FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT COMMAND FOR SPACE
The "quarantine rings" and flying metallic triangles show up again in the emblem for the Joint Functional Component Command for Space, which has its own official Wikipedia page here:
As it says on the Wikipedia page, according to Lieutenant General William L. Shelton, "Our prime mission directive in JFCC SPACE is to ensure our freedom of action in space, while preventing adversary use of space against us."
SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE
These badges from Schriever Air Force Base follow the same theme -- quarantine rings and peculiar aircraft operating far outside the Earth's atmosphere -- including an orange object that could be a comet, but could also be a saucer-shaped craft.
Notice the difference in size between the small black delta-shaped craft and the larger metallic delta-shaped craft in the first badge below.
That size difference may not be an indication that one is closer than the other -- it may acutally be a direct indication of how huge the larger craft is in comparison to the black one:
This next badge is particularly interesting because of the emblem that appears at the bottom:
I have been told this Pegasus "Master of Space" logo is worn by staff who have direct, high-level involvement with extraterrestrial human civilizations -- typically those working for Space Command.
The Pegasus legend of the 'winged horse', used by the Gods to travel in Greek mythology, may well indicate some sort of extraterrestrial craft.
This follows the same chain of reasoning presented in Episode Two of this season's Ancient Aliens on History Channel, which I am a repeat participant in.
I am also drawn to the words "History" and "Heritage" in light of what we know about the "MASTER OF SPACE" logo. This may suggest their direct knowledge that human history and heritage is far older than the Earth.
THIRD PAGE OF BADGES FROM SCHRIEVER AFB
There are so many goodies on the third page of badges from the Schriever AFB site -- delta craft, Templar swords, Templar gloves, quarantine rings, et cetera -- that I had to just post the whole thing:
There are many, many indications of the Knight Templars here -- and indeed, many insiders have said the Air Force is much more involved in the UFO cover-up than other organizations.
You probably caught the Masonic compass in the image on the bottom right. There is a Templar glove below it holding a sword of fire.
I was particularly fascinated by the Templar Knight gloves that had a mysterious energetic force coming off of them on the 310th Communications Flight badge -- suggesting the mastery of hidden Universal powers:
FOURTH PAGE OF SCHRIEVER AFB BADGES
The fourth page of badges from the Schriever AFB contains additional enigmas -- including a straight-ahead Templar skull and crossbones symbol:
The 50th Contracting Squadron badge at the top left may be a nod to the fact that human beings appear all over the galaxy -- hence we see the image of a human body away from the Earth, and the Pegasus logo alongside it.
The 50th Space Communications Squadron badge at the top right has the Templar glove, again with the suggestion of a "Thunderbolt" coming out of it.
According to the second episode of this season's Ancient Aliens, which I did plenty of research for but didn't get in fast enough to make the cut, the many ancient 'Thunderbolt' legends appear to refer back to a working ET weapon that was used in historic times.
Such a weapon then later became mythologized in such stories as Zeus' Thunderbolt, Thor's Hammer, Odin's Spear, Poseidon's Trident, Vajra's Spear, et cetera.
THOUGHTFORM ENTITIES AND PROTECTING EARTH
The nasty-looking hooded being on the 23D Space Operations HQ badge, second over from the bottom left, clearly seems to represent the "Thoughtform Entities" I have been told these guardians of Earth are actively defending us against.
Notice the being has at least two faces -- one made by the two winglike eyes in the middle, and another in profile view on the left-hand side, where a pointy nose, brow and chin are all clearly visible.
The rear of the head, in profile view, suggests pointy ears. I have indeed heard from an insider, recently, that at least one ET group does in fact have pointy ears -- and looks very similar to certain 'gargoyle' faces we see on many Templar-designed buildings.
Whether you agree with what they're doing or not, the people I speak to are absolutely convinced that the Earth would be much worse off if they were not doing their jobs.
This desire to protect humanity from outside negative forces is a strong rationale for why they continue to stay involved in these jobs, even though there are many questionable ethics involved.
It is certainly interesting to see a hooded being looming over the Earth on a badge dedicated to "space operations."
FIFTH PAGE OF BADGES FROM SCHRIEVER AFB
The fifth and final page of badges from Schriever AFB has even more goodies. First, here's the full view:
Notice the two stylized birds flanking the star on the bottom-center image. They most definitely appear to be depictions of the Phoenix.
What better symbol to choose if you're describing a journey through a stargate -- where you appear to 'die' and dematerialize on one end, only to be 'reborn' from the other?
As you'll see in a minute, this was the original Air Force logo!
Now let's explore some more of these images in detail.
THE STARGATE
First of all, as we see below in its larger form, we have a badge that may very well be showing us a pentagonal Stargate vortex emerging from the Northwest United States:
More than one insider has told me that the 'ancient' stargates look like tunnels lined with individual points of light, in a clear geometric relationship to each other, and which spiral in on themselves as you look more deeply into the wormhole.
The points of light may very well be in a pentagonal relationship to each other along the circumference of the circle, though no one has told me this. I also never thought to ask until now -- but it may very well be.
A slight hint of this stargate pattern appears in the movie Minority Report, when you look off to the right in this particular shot:
Getting back to this 21st Space Operations badge, it even features the words 'gate' and 'star' right in the description -- Gateway to the Stars.
IS THE AIR FORCE LOGO PARTLY INTENDED TO DEPICT A STARGATE?
The five-pointed star with a circle inside of it is a common feature of the basic Air Force badge, which went through two different stages of development. This is apparently another homage to the stargates or 'portals' being used at the insider levels.
I already pointed out the original Air Force logo, where the pentagon is flanked with stylized Phoenix birds on either side. This logo then went through an evolution into its current form, as these images depict:
WHAT TYPE OF AIR TRAFFIC ARE THEY CONTROLLING?
Check this one out from the Air Force Communicators and Air Traffic Controllers Association.
In the center you have the pentagonal Air Force / stargate logo -- flanked with the Phoenix birds of fire.
Then you've got a jet on the right and "something else" on the left -- our delta-shaped craft once again -- protecting a triangular-shaped Earth in the same 'quarantine loops' I've been showing you:
The triangle shape appears to indicate the tetrahedral energy signatures that run through the Earth and other planets, as Richard C. Hoagland has been asserting since at least 1993.
The tetrahedral energy appears at the 19.5-degree latitude, north or south, on any given planet.
On solid planets it emerges as volcanoes, such as Hawaii on Earth and the enormous Olympus Mons on Mars.
On gas planets we have the Great Red Spot of Jupiter, the Great Dark Spot of Neptune, cloud bands on Saturn, et cetera -- all at the magic 19.5-degree latitude.
DEFENDERS OF THE DOMAIN
One of the most compelling pieces from Schriever AFB is this next badge below.
Here, we see a simplified but undeniable diagram of the Global Grid I have written about for so many years.
The real Grid is not made of a square pattern like this, but is otherwise extremely similar -- including the spherical 'nodes' where the lines cross.
We also see a Knight Templar in full royal regalia:
Even the clovers carved into the knight's mask are obvious, stylized versions of the Templar cross:
THE NORAD LOGO
The official NORAD logo (NORth American Aerospace Defense command) also contains the 'quarantine loops' around the Earth.
This time the loops appear stylized as wings -- and we also see the Templar sword with stylized 'thunderbolts' coming off of it:
310TH SPACE WING
More goodies can be found on the official page for the 310th Space Wing:
This next badge from the above website caught my eye in particular.
It is a seemingly earlier version of the same 310th Communications Flight badge I showed you before. Again we see the delta-shaped craft and the Earth with quarantine rings in the middle.
We also prominently see the knights' gloves with thunderbolts coming off of the fingers.
Again, this badge suggests the Templar Knights may have possessed mystical capabilities to manipulate energy -- either by thought alone, or with some form of 'thunderbolt' technology, as we see in many ancient myths:
PLENTY OF EVIDENCE
Of course, none of this is absolutely conclusive proof that there is any off-planet work going on within Space Command, nor that they have access to stargate 'portal' technology or interstellar delta-shaped craft.
However, I have spoken to several different insiders who have given me various pieces of this puzzle -- and they all fit together very well.
When independent witnesses keep telling you the same things, you start paying attention.
It is highly, highly interesting that we see so much redundancy in the symbolism of these various military badges -- over and over again. I've only given you a brief sample of what you can uncover with your own research.
THE QUARANTINE DROPS AFTER 2012
Everyone 'in the know' is well aware of THE RULES, and the Quarantine that exists around the Earth.
Apparently you can't just fly a ship out of Earth's atmosphere without opening a hole in the Quarantine first. This had to be done for all the Apollo missions, I am told, as otherwise they would have never made it out of here alive.
The ETs that have been working with the US and other governments for the past century apparently possess technology that allows for short-term openings to be made in the Quarantine.
Space Command is very glad we have the Quarantine, as it protects us from outside invading forces. When random holes occur, Space Command uses their own ships to further defend the Earth -- as their badges indicate.
Another very interesting point I've been told is that Space Command and its affiliates have reason to believe the Quarantine will drop some time after 2012. This is a significant part of the transformation we are now going through.
At this point, the Earth will enter into open contact with its ET neighbors.
There is also the implication or suggestion that the dropping of this Quarantine will also enhance the mystical and psychic abilities of the average person as well.
EVERYTHING CAN BE FOUND IN "THE LAW OF ONE"
The 'Quarantine' is one of a variety of very specific data points that were revealed in the Law of One series, most of which came through in 1981 to Don Elkins, Carla Rueckert and Jim McCarty of L/L Research.
The best way to introduce yourself to this staggeringly complex body of information -- all of which is now free to read online -- is to consult the Study Guide I have posted at this site. I highly recommend you explore this research, and feel it is one of the best possible uses of your time.
I have pointed out to several insiders now that everything they're telling me -- all the most significant data points -- can be found in this one series from 1981.
I consistently urge that they read it, as they would be shocked to discover how well the material lines up with what they already know.
However, everyone is 'too busy' -- and the big discovery still remains waiting in the wings.
LAW OF ONE ON THE 'QUARANTINE'

These two sets of quotes from Sessions Six and Twelve really stand out for me:
6.25 Questioner: Do any of the [positive Confederation ETs] come here at this time in spacecraft? In the past, say, thirty years?
Ra: I am Ra. We must state that this information is unimportant. If you will understand this, we feel that the information may be acceptably offered. The Law of One is what we are here to express. However, we will speak upon this subject.
Each planetary entity which wishes to appear within your third-dimensional space/time distortion requests permission to break quarantine, as you may call it, and appear to your peoples.
The reason and purpose for this appearance is understood, and either accepted or rejected. There have been as many as fifteen of the Confederation entities in your skies at any one time; the others available to you through thought.
At present [1981] there are seven which are operating with craft in your density.
Their purposes are very simple: to allow those entities of your planet to become aware of infinity, which is often best expressed to the uninformed as the mysterious or unknown.
12.3 Questioner: Is there any effort on the part of the Confederation to stop the Orion chariots [piloted by negative, "service to self" ETs] from arriving here?
Ra: I am Ra. Every effort is made to quarantine this planet.
However, the network of guardians, much like any other pattern of patrols on whatever level, does not hinder each and every entity from penetrating quarantine -- for if a request is made in light/love, the Law of One will be met with acquiescence.
If the request is not made, due to the slipping through the net, then there is penetration of this net.
12.5 Questioner: I don’t understand how the Confederation stops the Orion chariots from coming through the quarantine?
Ra: I am Ra. There is contact at the level of light-form or lightbody-being, depending upon the vibratory level of the guardian.
These guardians sweep reaches of your Earth’s energy fields to be aware of any entities approaching. [DW: The satellites I have heard about from the insiders appear to be the automated detection system that alerts these 'Guardians'.]
An entity which is approaching is hailed in the name of the One Creator.
Any entity thus hailed is bathed in love/light, and will of free will obey the quarantine due to the power of the Law of One.
12.6 Questioner: What would happen to the entity if he did not obey the quarantine after being hailed?
Ra: I am Ra. To not obey quarantine after being hailed on the level of which we speak would be equivalent to your not stopping upon walking into a solid brick wall.
12.7 Questioner: What would happen to the entity if he did this? What would happen to his chariot?
Ra: I am Ra. The Creator is one being. The vibratory level of those able to breach the quarantine boundaries is such that upon seeing the love/light net it is impossible to break this Law.
Therefore, nothing happens. No attempt is made. There is no confrontation.
The only beings who are able to penetrate the quarantine are those who discover windows or distortions in the space/time continua surrounding your planet’s energy fields.
Through these windows they come. These windows are rare and unpredictable.
This is only one of many hundreds of examples where I have found a perfect correspondence between what the top-level insiders tell me and what we find written in the Law of One series.
THE 'QUANTUM LEAP'
I have worked for years to flesh out the Law of One's cosmology into a scientific thesis -- with stunning results, as you can find in my videos, conferences, radio shows, articles and books.
A window of 2011 to 2013 was given in the Law of One series as a time where a 'quantum leap' would occur in Earth's history, propelling us into an amazingly beautiful new Golden Age.
Once this shift fully takes place -- which may involve 100 to 700 years for the full transition to complete -- the average human being will have all the abilities attributed to Jesus and other 'Ascended Masters' -- and more.
Even though it may take some time for this transformation to occur, there is no question that the initial 'quantum leap' in 2011-2013 is something absolutely remarkable, breathtaking and unprecedented in Earth's history.
A GALACTIC TRANSFORMATION
This 'quantum leap' is the result of our Solar System traversing into a more highly-charged region of the galaxy -- wherein the actual physics of matter, energy and consciousness irreversibly shift.
This galactic transformation propels the Earth into an energetic state called 'Fourth Density' -- as opposed to our current 'third.'
These same energy states appear in the human body as the seven chakras. They also constitute what most people mistakenly call "dimensional levels", which apparently exist as planes of existence throughout the entire Universe.
The shift into fourth-density is essentially a graduation from the yellow, self-oriented center to the green, heart-oriented perspective.
No mention of the Mayan Calendar ever occurred in The Law of One, as Dr. Don Elkins knew nothing about it -- nor the importance of the 2012 date in many ancient prophecies.
It is highly ironic that the most accurate and comprehensive body of 2012 prophecy information makes no mention of the Mayan Calendar whatsoever... nor any of the other common talking points related to 2012.
THE MOST ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION ON EARTH
Obviously, until this shift actually happens, we cannot be certain of what will occur -- nor of exactly how it will occur.
Nonetheless, there are hundreds of specific, highly technical scientific data points in the Law of One series that have since been proven correct.
This makes it highly unlikely that the whole model will fall apart when it comes to the Fourth-Density Shift.
I have yet to find a single contradiction or error in the Law of One cosmology. In fact, the more I follow up on the leads we were given, the more advanced and beautifully perfect the model becomes.
I struggled for many years with the frequently-mentioned concept of a parallel universe where time is three-dimensional -- but finally this year I solved this greatest of all mysteries, and truly understood how and why it was the key to everything.
My upcoming book The Source Field Investigations -- due for release next May -- is significantly more evolved than any other presentation I've given on this subject.
The CONVERGENCE film script has now been brought fully up to date with these latest breakthroughs as well, and we hope to have a finished draft ready to show directors, actors and investors by early January.
THE RULES ARE CHANGING
The insiders I have spoken to do not realize the Law of One series was written by the group that directly enforces THE RULES.
The authors of the Law of One claim to be at the "Sixth Density" level. After this point, there is only one final stage remaining before you fully reunite with the One Infinite Creator.
Those at the Seventh Density level usually only work as teachers and mentors for the sixth density folks -- and otherwise do not get involved in most cases.
Therefore, what the insiders call THE RULES is not some impartial, detached universal law.
It is a carefully orchestrated and maintained series of principles -- designed to steer human spiritual evolution, and enforced by groups such as the authors of the Law of One.
As you saw in the above quotes, these groups are called the 'Guardians,' and can exist at different levels. As we read in Session 12.5, "There is contact at the level of light-form or lightbody-being, depending upon the vibratory level of the guardian."
Most likely, the 'light-form' refers to a piloted craft, whereas the "lightbody-being" is a higher-level entity that does not need such equipment to travel.
HOW WAS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN?
Another key 'surprise' the insiders should consider, within THE RULES, is how such a comprehensive disclosure as the Law of One would ever have been allowed to occur in the first place.
The insiders still believe many of the things they know and deal with every day are secret -- but that hasn't been true since 1981.
I found the Law of One series in 1996 and am still learning new things from it all the time. No other source I've ever found is this much of a "gift that keeps on giving."
Should the insiders bother to consider how the Law of One was ever permitted to occur in the first place, they may realize that they have been greatly mistaken about many things -- and that all of this is by design.
APPARENTLY STRICT POLICY OF NON-INTERVENTION
Let's get back to the worldview held by the insiders, at the greatest levels of world secrecy, for a minute.
Within their own understanding of THE RULES, our ET visitors -- the vast majority of whom are known to be benevolent -- would never be allowed to directly intervene in Earth's history -- in any way.
Thus, if the New World Order / Illuminati groups wanted to destroy the planet, these ETs would simply have to stand by and watch -- shedding tears in disbelief and horror as it happened.
Yes, they keep all the bad guys out, thanks to the Quarantine -- but what occurs under that roof is Earth humanity's own business.
NOT AS TRUE AS THEY THOUGHT
Multiple sources have confirmed their belief that this non-intervention policy was an absolute Universal constant -- never to be changed. These power groups could basically do whatever they want on Earth, with no restrictions whatsoever.
We now know this was merely what they were expected to believe.
The truth is far more shocking.
Unbeknownst to them, these great manipulators have been kept on a very tight leash this whole time. It clearly states in the Law of One series that they are only able to do what they are allowed to do.
However, the level of sophistication with which they have been "kept in line" is so high that they themselves never even realized it was happening.
Until now.
MANAGING 'THE ILLUSION'
My position on these matters has always remained consistent -- and it's straight out of the Law of One series.
Events that happen on Earth are not random -- we are living in a highly structured illusion, designed to promote our spiritual evolution.
The main purpose of The Illusion is to insure that you always have equal opportunity to seek the positive or the negative in any situation.
Third-density is called "The Choice" because this Illusion is highly manicured and orchestrated -- so you have fair and equal opportunity to seek either path, and find the apparent truth in whatever you choose to believe.
THE ILLUSION IS 'MANICURED' BY SERAPHIM AND CHERUBIM
In order for The Illusion to work properly, there have to be highly negative power groups who firmly believe they will be able to succeed in their nefarious plans.
However, this is only allowed to occur for a finite time -- and ultimately the Law of Karma is very much a part of THE RULES as well. No souls are exempt from this process.
The Illusion is being carefully and rigorously maintained by beings much more evolved than extraterrestrials who travel in UFOs.
These beings would be called Seraphim and/or Cherubim in the Bible -- the highest-level beings in the Old and New Testament -- and, as we are discovering with so many other ancient legends, this too is not a myth nor a superstition.
I prefer to use a more neutral term and refer to these "sixth-density" groups as Management.
The Law of One was written by a sixth-density Management group. In this series, they chose to use the same name they gave themselves when they contacted the Egyptians.
At that time, they were known as Ra -- in honor of the Sun, which is an intelligent super-being within the Law of One cosmology.

I have been fortunate enough to make direct contact with Management over the years, through dreams and direct verbal messages I bring in with as little distortion as possible.

You are certainly free to choose fear if you want to. That's all part of The Illusion.
Nontheless, if you bother to seek the positive, you will be amply and comprehensively rewarded for your efforts.
I am only interested in telling you the truth. Not lies.
I cannot support a perspective of fear and doom, as it is simply not factual.
THE GAME HAS CHANGED
Management's primary responsibility is to steer the evolution of a 'planetary population' such as we have on Earth.
When a given planet reaches the end of a 'Cycle', as we now have, Management's main responsibility is to never let the planet tip too far into chaos.
Now that the New World Order is desperately struggling to make its endgame maneuvers, and literally kill billions of people by destroying the ability to produce and distribute food, the level of intervention that Management is allowing to happen has dramatically increased.
Once you put the pieces together, this may well be the most fascinating and important story in human history -- and it's happening right now, in real time.
I can't prove that all these ET intrigues I've told you about are true -- but there are many other data points that are quite shocking, and all play their parts in revealing the Big Picture.

BRIEF UPDATE SATURDAY MORNING
Several people wrote in and asked whether I would discuss China's moves and how it relates to everything I've just said here.
The answer is "Yes, of course!" This is all a prelude to that story, so you won't be tempted to indulge in fear once I get into the specifics.
Between September 30th and November 15th, there have been an astonishing number of blatant equipment failures directly attributed to the intervention of China, according to my insiders.
This intervention is being kept very secret -- only the truly top-tier guys are being told about it, and everyone else is being blatantly disinformed, which is not unusual. I've heard from both camps.
This massive new campaign involves the help of ET allies who contacted the Chinese in the 1940s after being very poorly treated by the US, according to Benjamin Fulford. We do not know if these are the Roswell people but that is one possibility.
[Incidentally, someone at my conference thought this was a bad thing, that Roswell was a crash involving "Grays." That's not true. The literature says the Roswell beings were more like the size of six-year-old children with slightly larger heads and eyes, and no hair, but not Grays.]
Ben doesn't like talking about ETs -- at all -- but I did get him to cover this subject to some degree in our interview.
The next section of the article will extensively prove how the New World Order is trying to destroy the world's economy right now, and show systematic evidence of how China and her allies are fighting back.
No ET intervention could have ever happened before due to the quarantine and THE RULES -- so this is a spectacular game-changer.

IT IS GOING TO WORK OUT
The dreams I've been having are continuing to give the same message. Even though the Old World Order is literally going all out to destroy the economy and cripple the planet, they will not succeed.
Even some insiders who seem closer to agreeing with their agenda, in terms of their alignment, have admitted to me that this is a panic move, they're trying to do it too soon, and as a result it is much more likely to fail -- but they literally have no choice.
However, we can well expect that in the first few months of next year, possibly even sooner, it could get every bit as scary as the BP oil spill was.
That's why I'm putting so much time into doing this now. This may well be the last "big push" we have to go through in the delivery room.
I do not think we should jump to condemn the Air Force. Too many people have a black-and-white approach to everything in this field. How are people supposed to change, and step up to truly protect this planet from enemies foreign AND domestic, if they all get tarred with the same brush?
IT WILL BE INTENSE, BUT NOT A NEGATIVE
Again -- part of my role is to show you exactly what's going on now, so you'll understand these events once everyone else is talking about them and they have become completely convinced that the doom and gloomers must be right.
The 'fear porn' propaganda you're going to see around these imminent events is going to be much worse than the actual events themselves. It's all about the fear of what hasn't happened yet -- not what's actually going on in the Now.
My dreams have showed me it's going to be intense, but once again we will miraculously skate through it. I had very similar dreams before and during the BP oil spill while everyone was convinced it was Armageddon.
The missile launch off the coast of Los Angeles was, I am told, a very large and powerful device. I was not permitted to be told the full story, but by inference I had the very strong sense that the missile was unsuccessfully targeting the ships using the EMP technology to disable NWO assets.
The amount of information I have to synthesize to tell this story properly is very complex. I also am working on mission-critical book rewrites, and have to fly out this week for a major new TV shoot with a different network... so I appreciate your patience!
OUR LAST CONFERENCE IN PHOENIX
Since many of you asked, my conference with William Henry went exceptionally well. On the first night, I enumerated every example of what China has been doing, with slides, and the audience was absolutely stunned.
William went significantly deep into the Seraphim legends, with lots of historic illustrations -- and made a very compelling case that these people travel directly through Stargates to arrive here.
Even the Christian Seraphim are often called 'serpent beings' and William said this could be a primitive interpretation of seeing the luminous Stargate behind these people when they first materialize.
William also associated the legend of the Seraphim having 'six wings' with the double-tetrahedron or 'merkaba' shape that he feels surrounds them when they materialize. The geometry does have six points and looks like a 3D Star of David. It was quite fascinating!
Our data synthesized to suggest that as we awaken to our full abilities, we will ultimately have the power to create and travel through stargates on our own -- without even needing any technology to do it. This is the main thing the planetary controllers are so afraid of -- but they can't stop it from happening.
Some people are coming to every weekend and they consistently tell me how amazed they are -- I give a different talk every time, with a different sequence of data and always some new information. They invariably are uplifted and inspired, and can't wait for the next one!

Our audience was immensely pleased with the quality of the information -- and everyone was very forgiving about the fact that the video was about four frames per second, compared to the 30 that was coming out of my computer and that we tested at before.
I wasn't even aware there was a problem until after it was all over.
While this may have been acceptable in the newness and buzz of a live event, it does not match up to the quality standards you've come to expect from us.
What I've decided to do is re-invest a healthy portion of the gains from this conference into a much more professional shoot and post-production effort than what we started with.
I'm going to hire the same team that shot me for the History channel -- and match the lighting and quality of the shoot you see from me on Ancient Aliens. Prometheus uses way more images and stock footage in their episodes than we will here, but it will be significantly better than the original.
We will still offer the four-frames-per-second original files for those who purchased the live event and / or the playback-only version. You will not be charged anything extra for access to the professional version when it is released.
We're doing the shoot this Wednesday and will do a rapid turnaround on post-production, so we can reasonably have the whole thing finished by mid-December.

I don't care WHAT the U. S. Naval Space Command has. There ARE beings, out there, "you DON'T wrangle with, or, work for on an equal basis".
But, as usual, when one enlists to protect their borders, they are inadvertently shipped out of the country, & now, across the galaxy?!? What, "to protect U. S. interests"?? What happened to the natives?
Military patches, emblems, coats-of-arms, etc, are formally registered together with a textual explanation of each graphic element.
As you try to decipher the meaning of these patches, you might get more insight into them if you were to refer first to their text descriptions, which you should be able to get access to without difficulty as they are kept in a central, unclassified registry.
My sense is that the symbology used in patches is more iconic than literal, and therefore not as much meaning can be inferred from them as you seem to want to find. Of course, one never knows for sure.

the reason that the good guys have started to intervene is because, in 1999, a formal invitation was sent from a human representative.
this invitation was in the form of a simple open broadcast sent into the 4th dimensional volume. it was a message of unconditional love.
a diplomat was then sent to this volume and has been resident in a designated free movement area whilst determining the nature of the assistance available.
seeds have been planted to reconfigure the base belief systems in the planetary consciousness. the process is not rapid, as transition needs to be painless.

I think you need to keep in mind that we all have our karmic debts to cope with and we all have free will to experience whatever on a soul level we will fill best benefit our expansion of consciousness, including compassion and forgiveness. The people who are suffering in the gulf and every other way of life, have chosen that experience.
They claimed it for the purpose of thier soul's intentions. You, being extremely close to those you love, who are in grand plight at this time have chosen this experience. We are all facing our demons in this life. Demons of our making to experience love's ultimate salvation.
What we see, as others doing to us, in reality is what we are selves have done to others and ourselves at some point in time. The scale is so grand in this situation with the oil spill to give an opportunity to a mass awareness on a global scale. We have desicrated this land moment by moment throughout our daily lives. What BP has done is no less than we as a civilization have partaken in for many years.
So, I say to you and to any others that are angry and blaming of those like BP and many others, take responsibility. Learn to accept full responsibility for everything you see that is negative. Feel the sadness of sorrow at your own ignorance and arrogance. Forgive yourself and others for thier intricate parts.
Be in Gratitude for the experience to have learned how to be more compassionate, valiant, forgiving, loving and united as one. We are the All and the all is filled with individuality united in one.
It is true, there is nothing to fear but fear itself. Though, I believe one big lesson we must all learn is the issue of control. Which, is created by ego.
I too had to face the residual stands of wanting to have some control over our current state of affairs. My ego said "I don't like this and I want it to change now!".

I have always loved to tell people how I believe even Hitler was one of the greatest missionaries on earth. Why? Because of him, we learned the destructive nature of prejudice and pride. His effect on the world in the end was very good. Because he changed many people's perceptions on hating someone for being of a different heritage.
I love Hitler, because he chose the role of the devil in that life time, to be at one point worshipped and then to be hated by the entire world for his atrocities.
This, I believe is how we must see BP and the other large corporations. Be grateful for this experience and the fantastic change in our perceptions. I believe we are great masters, that came to this planet and forgot who we were so that we could work through our karmic debts and release our natural, unselfish, loving, beings of light. We can heal our bodies of any disease, if it is self inflicted through our beliefs.
Some disease is meant to assist our soul's journey towards a deeper understanding. We can also heal this earth when we are united in our hearts and minds with the truth of who we are.

I had a very unusual dream last week. It was surreal to say the least. I know others have those dreams that feel completely real, but this was the first for me. In the dream I was riding in the back of a pick up truck in the dark of night, the stars so big and bright they looked as if I could touch them.
Suddenly, I saw an ET ship shoot a beam of yellow/orange light at other air ships, that I knew in the dream were of our government. I was shocked to see it happening, but not as shocked as I would be tonight if this happened in full view.
I didn't feel the ET ships were a threat, more like the federal ships were more of a threat. In all honesty, I have never felt someone else needed to save us, as I believe we are here for the purpose of experiencing life in duality at this time. So, that in time, we would all realize our natural abilities and would save ourselves and our planet from anything we could possibly do to it.
I believe what the "bad" guys have done is also what I and everyone else have done along the path of ignorance and learning. I felt this was more of a coming event, then a pyschologocal experience of my view of et vs. gov't.
I'm curious to know if anyone else has seen such things occuring in the near future? I can't forget this dream, as it felt like a fore warning of something approaching in physical reality.

I have two things that seem to be pressing on my mind and I'd like to share them and get your take on them.
First of all, all these Air Force symbols keep popping back up in my mind, especially the one with the star in the Seattle area.
I have never traveled to the Northwest until recently and something very curious happened while I was there.
All of my life, I have been very good with directions, ever since I was very small. I never got lost anywhere, familiar territory or not, on foot, in a car, whatever.
Of course I've come upon a few road blocks and detours, but have always gotten back on track fairly easily.
When I visited Washington State this past month, my entire sense of direction was scrambled. If I was supposed to turn right, I'd turn left. If I was supposed to go North, I'd go south. Very strange.
I thought I might try to chalk it up to the constant cloud cover, but I really don't think that was the answer.
As I say, this never happened to me in my life. I thought you might be interested in hearing that and wanted to share.
The other thing, during the web/teleconference the other night with Project Camelot, Richard said something about there being a large deposit of mercury found on the moon and how the average Joe wouldn't understand what that meant.
I didn't remember that during the conference and didn't ask about it then, but now going back through what was said, this just keeps popping up in my mind.
I tried to make a communication on Richard's website without success, but did post the question on his FB page and may or may not get an answer.
So, I guess in that respect I am an average Joe. Can you tell me what it means? That a large deposit of mercury was found on the moon?

1) the Templar connection to the Nazis and Nazi Germany (the Wehrmacht's Balkenkreuz as well as the Iron Cross award are nothing but Templar crosses)
2) the Nazi infiltration of the US military, aerospace, banking and secret service apparatus, during and after the war (Operation Paperclip, the Gehlen Organisation, Gestapo Müller and his organisation, the Borman financial group, the Canaris network etc)
3) the anti-gravity saucer technology the Nazis, including the SS under Hans Kammler, built during and after the war (Haunebu, Do-Stra, Vril-Discs, etc). Also the Bell technology.
4) the escape of many Germans to safe havens and extraterritorial bases during and after the war (Odessa, Rattenlinien, Walter-U-Boote, Juan Peron's Argentina, Franco's Spain, Arctic and Antarctica (Neu Schwabenland), Colonia Dignidad etc).
There are several researchers who have written on these issues like Joseph Farrell, Igor Witkowski, Henry Stevens, Paul Manning, Gregory Douglas, O.Bergmann, Gilbert Sternhoff, Karl-Heinz Zunneck, Jan van Helsing etc.
So Im surprised David rarely mentions this very big piece of the puzzle. Instead he still spins the myth of little greys from Roswell.
Is he deliberately ignorant about this or does he feel his audience wont be able to handle it? Is he afraid it would burst his fluffy ET foundation too much?
I can understand that the Nazi aspect of the story makes many people uncomfortable but facts are facts. And I would urge people to consider that a lot of this "evil Nazi" stuff is nothing but propaganda by the Allies - continued to this day, every day.

I do not now and never have had diabetes.
David we both know that our bodies have a miraculous ability to heal themselves, so what does this have to do with the rule of gravity?
To me it is simple had I continued to agree with the doctor prescribing the drug, my body would probably be in a grave by now.
The situation is similar for mankind if we follow the prescription of the old world order we would probably find ourselves in grave situations unable to move in any direction petrified by fear, pretty frickin' heavy gravity.

Here in Canada I just saw a recent poll that says the majority of Canadians (55%) believe that Assange should be arrested immediately.
Another recent poll says that 70% of Canadians support the actions of the G20 police in Toronto a few months ago.

hmm I've been thinking - in presenting his information, David has achieved great mastery over his unconscious resources (similar to two other master trainers and coaches in NLP that I know of).
Let me explain: its like during interviews when he likes to mention the times when he is pretty much 'in the groove' (pineal is flowing with insight), meaning he knows how to weave the stories, discoveries and recent insider info in just the right way it needs to be said, and all in perfect "timing" to hit even harder.
Also, by that point, people say they're getting super "downloads" of inspiration (which is a good description for what I just said).
Since it's all subconscious mastery for David already, I think I only need to hint at something called "Nested Loops" as a technique which would further enhance doing presentations and workshops (Richard Bandler does this sort of thing).
Basically you start one metaphor (could be a story, or info, whatever) but before finishing that part, you start of on a related tangent.
And before coming to a conclusion on THAT, you can go deep another level, and so on.

SOOO, my whole point to all of this is that I am offering this as another kind of "download" for David (or you, reading this), so you can implement it your workshops etc. since you can also just let it work without conscious effort (relying on your unconscious resources and Higher Self)

I also felt a strong influx of energy these past couple weeks; while I was home for Thanksgiving I had a very vivid dream: I was in a classroom, paying no attention to the lesson. I perked up when the teacher mentioned the president, something about him being expendable (and I immediately thought of JFK of course).
I then became aware that some sort of attack or chaotic event had occurred, and a voice mentioned the White House. Although the message was very strong, I was never uncalm or emotional. I was simply made aware.
The class of which I was apart was made to sit out on the school lawn, much like reality when there is a bomb threat. I found myself wondering why we needed to be outside if the threat was elsewhere when I saw a large craft streaking across the sky, and I heard a series of dulcet booms.
The ship looked sort of similar to the model of the Enterprise, but darker. Interested in what my subconscious was attempting to convey, I wondered when this probable reality would occur. I saw a clock with one hand on the 2, and the other on the 11. Immediately thereafter the dream deteriorated when my father woke me.
That was the most lucid of any dream I have ever had, and normally I do not remember my dreams whatsoever. Remember never to give fearful energy to this or any probable reality, only tidal waves of love and hope.

The statements that the 'powers-that-were' are making only serve to show the public just how corrupt and maligned these people are. Going so far as calling for the taking of human life so that their secrets will not be revealed(which has been accomplished by the cabal so many times before).
This, of course, indirectly says they all have some really big and nasty skeletons to hide, so much so that they feel that publicly announcing intentions to have Assange assassinated is their only form of recourse.
It will be interesting to see whether the public will side with their politicians/talking heads, or if they will take a stand and side with Assange in his journey to air the dirty laundry of the most powerful people in the world.
It takes a lot of courage to do what Julian Assange has done/is doing/will continue to do in taking on the most powerful people in the world.
He has my sincere and utmost respect.

From someone who only usually has premonition dreams, I have recently been shown violent images that make me sick. I also have had the worst migraine for 2 days. At night I feel I am being beckoned to go out and look directly at the Pleiades and I stand there with a longing in my heart.
When I was little I would frequently tell people I was not from here...If they asked where I was from I would say I am a Pleiadian and thought I was making up the name.
I was going to suggest something in addition to James' meditation.
If there are 100 million of us here, then we have to do something together....
I have never believed in time...so I was thinking...
What if we could make this illusion of time speed forward to 2012. I am sure we could somehow visualize this together. I do not want to sit around and watch the last bit of chaos that the negatives seem to want to bring to fruition...why not skip over it and just get to the last chapter. I have definitely been feeling this shift as well. My dreams have been crazy lately and I've had the same soreness you are talking about.
The other night I had a dream that I was in a giant war with people I knew and didn't know on both sides. It was a pretty brutal battle, when I was stopped by an old friend (a wise teacher) and asked why I was fighting. I said it was war and that's what you do.
We had a laugh about the ridiculousness of it all when there was a giant explosion and mushroom cloud in the distance. A nuclear bomb had exploded. I ran and hid in a shed as the explosion shook everything around me.
After I felt like it was safe to go out, I left the shed and found that not only was there absolutely no destruction, but everyone was still alive, even those I had seen die just previously.
Everyone was so happy to be alive that both sides now were hugging and rejoicing together. I woke up soon after this.
My take is that even though it may look like a terrible disaster is coming, it will all end up okay and the planet will be better for it.
I had a reaffirming experience the next day where I was notified by my electrical company that I owed over $700 that day or they would shut off the power and contact the credit bureau. I freaked out, but then rememberring my dream I calmed down and trusted that everything would be ok.
I called the electrical company and it turned out they had made a mistake and the bill was for my old apt that they hadn't transferred to the new tenant!! The simple message- things may look bad on the surface, but just trust that all will be well and we will get through this together and end up in a better world on the other side.

Has anyone else felt the 11/23 6 day shift that James referred to? I personally over the past week have felt very sore and tight in my neck. I have also been having weird dreams.
One of them I was cooking grilled cheese sandwiches for George W. Bush, and he was dissing my cooking, so I started flinging sandwiches at him.
Bizzare, I know. The other one I vaguely remember, but it had something to do with a huge battle between the dark forces on Earth and the benevolent ET forces, and I was on the light side. I remember a female ET that was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen, and was around 9 to 10 ft tall.
I had a sense that we had been communicating for a while, and that this was our first in person meeting, and their was so much joy and elation at our finally being able to meet each other face to face. We discussed what we were up against, and were quite confident in our ability to defeat the dark cabal. I hopped on her back, we road into battle, and that is pretty much all I can remember.
Has anyone else been having any similar experiences along the lines of what Mr. Gilliland has described occuring between 11/23-11/29?

I was wondering about the same thing, as I visit the avalon-forum every now and then. What puzzles me about Ryan is that he tends to be very skeptical on one side (he thinks Steven Greer is dangerous disinfo f.i.), yet at the same time he seems to buy almost everything people like David Icke or Alex Collier say, who I don't find credible at all when judged from a skeptic's point-of-view.
He does say that he believes everything will be sorted out within six years, 2012 notwithstanding.
On a side note - why are all the discussions on the internet fora always about whether 'the aliens' are 'good' or 'bad'. If you read up on the Joyce Bowles and Ted Pratt incident or the MoD-file about the lady who encountered an alien while walking her dog, you get the impression that some of these aliens are almost as naive and clueless as they are intelligent (a trait often seem in very intelligent humans as well).
Maybe the benevolent ones who have contacted the government actually believe all the nonsense (i.e. humans will see them as a threat) they are being told....

Yet you don't want to part from your money for listening to "the truth".
It's about "closing the circle" as native Americans say. When I receive something from another that is useful for me, I would like to return that favor. That can take many forms. I could listen, give advice, make that other person smile or feel uplifted, I could clean her/his house, cook diner, and yes, give money.
My guess is that after the ascension process, everybody will have a giving nature. So why not start now?

This is the first time that I have come accross your blog and your information validates that which I have discovered and been working with for forty years. It also takes it much further.
Regarding the quarantine, I have had an experience that I would like to relate, as it has puzzled me for several years.
I was in the state between waking and sleeping realities when I found myself in front of a ET being, somewhat hidden in shadow. He instructed me to touch him and then I would be able to identify him and know that they are real. It was totally impassionate and only FYI. Hestitatingly, I did so. He felt like a slug and I knew him to be a "Small Grey". There was never a sense of danger or harm from him.
So, I wonder, from what you say, did he somehow pass through the quarantine? What would that mean for me?

David, keep charging until you don't need to charge at all. Not sure why people resent you charging for your time, knowledge, and research.
We all expect to get paid for our time and effort. You shouldn't be made to feel guilty for this. Many, many people charge to give lectures and seminars on topics which they have expertise in. DW shouldn't be the exception. I say go for it.

Also, Obama doesn't have the kind of "presidential" power that i'd imagine most people assume he has. It's been known since Kennedy that the now crumbling military industrial complex and the international bankers have quite a bit more power.

Hello David, super stellar Moderators, and friends(: I want to share some very important NASA footage with you- I was watching disclosure-oriented videos on Youtube the morning after this article was posted, not really knowing what to look for. You know, just. . ..doing, and seeing where it takes me- trusting myself.
I was very much poking around on Youtube for a reason; I was guided to a video captioned "TRIANGULAR SHAPED UFO CAUGHT BY NASA's CAMERA!". My heart knew, right then, that this was definitely a significant piece of the puzzle. 13 seconds into the footage, an unfathomably enormous spacecraft enters the shot from the right, and it looks EXACTLY like the triangular ships on the patches!
It is CLEARLY a triangle. There are also visible, frequent "rips" or "tearing" of the Quarantine that appear randomly! They look as if the holes expand, then contract closed. It most definitely appears to be made from a fluid-like energy.
This barrier appears as if it is a HUGE SHIELD. What else could it be other than the Quarantine? The holes in the Quarantine tear open in totally random, unpredictable locations, which correlates with David's data- everything about the video does. Has anyone else seen this?! Please take a few minutes to see for yourself, and tell us all what you think. I am so curious to know your opinions, my brothers and sisters. Thank you!

My first intuition about the "triangular" earth was that it's a Shield protecting earth. These kind of symbols usually have multiple layers of meaning. So being the upper triangle works good too.
The 5 pointed star was the symbol of Maria Magdalena, Venus (The Morning star = Satanicus) got an almost perfect 1:5 relation with the Sun, the Pentagram is the sign of Baphomet which the Templars worshipped, standing in the Pentagram PROTECTS you from outside "demons". I'm wondering what the altitude of the quarantine shield is? If I understand David's article correctly, it had to be opened for the Appollo missions to the moon. (It must have also opened for the Voyager satellites and the Russian probe(s) to the moon.)
So, the altitude must be somewhere between Earth ground level and about 380.000km above Earth ground level (= orbit of the moon).
But does it also need to be opened for the Space Shuttle flights (about 200km)? Communication satellites? Geo stationary satellites (36.000km)?

There has been something that has been really bothering me lately though. Ive been reading Bill Ryans forum at projectavalon.net. He doesn't seem to agree with you on several key points. In fact, it appears that he strongly disagrees with you.
He has stated that he has never found anything that has really corroborated with Fulford OR Story. Yet you say that you have insiders constantly telling you things that corroborate.
He doesn't appear to think that any sort of disclosure will be happening soon.
He also doesn't seem to think 2012 will mean anything, which is very confusing.
If you could please elaborate on this at some point I think it would help clear up significant confusion with many of us seekers.

i just had the STRANGEST experience of synchronicity...
so for two days i've had this idea of the Earth's "quarantine" bouncing around in my head, actually allowing for the possibility of it being real and looking at all those patches depicting the two bands circling the planet and just considering all this stuff.
well just tonite i went over to by brother's place and was just hanging out talking. at some point i absent-mindedly grabbed this squishy baseball sized nerf ball that was sitting on an end table and was squeezing it in my hand as we were bs-ing. when i consiously looked at the thing in my hand i was in shock.
the nerf ball was painted to look like the earth, and my brother had wrapped two rubber bands around it in a criss-cross fashion so it totally resembled the image of so many of these patches! crazy!
the thing is my brother is completely unaware and mostly uninterested in any of this "kind of stuff". it was just something he did at some point and i just happened to notice it tonite of all nights.

This blog sent chills down my spine, because it all coincides with events going on in my personal life and in the lives of loved ones in my circle whom I enlightened after the fact that David and the Law of One enlightened me!!!
The vibrations are being raised exponentially and they are now unstoppable. It feels fantastic.
On a separate but related note, I was also pleasantly surprised after going to the theater to see a main stream Hollywood movie with my young son. I have been reluctant to expose him to Disney and main stream animated movies for children because so many of them are filled with propaganda and are brain washing tools.
For that reason we stick to classics such as Beatles movies at home. But this weekend, after I read David's blog, I took my chances and blindly took him to see Megamind. And I said, I was pleasantly surprised and touched by the message I perceived from this movie.
The message is consistent with the concepts that The Law of One and David have talked about as far as negative beings turning positive; there has to be negative and positive in this realm of duality; however, as we move into the next density, negatives go positive and the ones that do not can no longer advance.
In my perception, this is what happens with Megamind in the movie. As Metroman steps back to give Megamind the opportunity to exercise his free will, learn through experience and turn positive, the movie ends in a note of an all positive world, with the bad guy, Titan, unable to advance (goes to prison in the movie) as he does remain in the negative state.
Finally a great movie the children can enjoy without an agenda of propaganda!

Looking at the badges I realized the metallic delta shaped space ship looks like the eace_symbol.svg'>peace symbol! Did anyone notice that, too?
Look at a badge that depicts the ship upright, so the tip/nose points upwards. Then forget the outer lines, and look at the inner lines only. Then you'll see a vertical line, and two lines going from the middle to low left and low right. Draw a circle around it and you have the peace symbol.

I would have to agree with you. The quarantine issue and “The Rules” do seem confusing. There are a number of cultures whose whole existence seems to be based on ET assistance. There are even descriptions of ET battles in ancient writings (the warring gods). Doesn’t seem like all of this would get “Management’s” stamp of approval.
I guess the question I have is when was this quarantine put into effect?
There’s also evidence of genetic manipulation of the human species occurring some 250,000 years ago.
There are also ancient stories and depictions of serpent or lizard beings. These stories persist into modern times; and most of them are not pleasant. David Icke speaks about the Reptilians quite extensively. But, I do feel that they are not all negatively aligned, as Icke himself has stated.
However, that highly negative faction does exist, and I say that because of validation from my wife and not just because that’s what David Icke claims. She’s one of those individuals who was born with some extra sensory abilities, which she has honed over the years. She has seen one of these reptilian beings, ethereally, and feels that there are underground bases (on this planet) where some reside.
So, if there is a quarantine, I’m not sure how well it’s working. And if there is technology, as David has stated, called a jump gate or jump window, which allows us humans to travel to Mars, why is this allowed? Seems like Mars is pretty far outside our quarantined area.
It is confusing.
I also wish that David would pick a different term for the 6th density beings other than “Management”. That term just has a very cold uncaring sort of connotation. It’s something I associate with business and the people who get to that level are not usually the nicest.
I thought maybe “Guidance Council”, but then thought it sounded too much like something from school. Not sure, but I would prefer to see something that conveyed more of a feeling of compassion and caring rather than something that is cold and hard and very business-like. Just an idea.

1st, I want to express my immense gratitude for YOU!! And - for the absolutely wonderful Online Seminar that took place last night on Contacting Your Higher Self.
I await the link to re-view this, because as always, you provide soooo much information that I must go back and capture it all again.
I dreamed about "you"/"me" last night - can not remember any particulars at the moment although I awoke with a very highly positive, peaceful feeling.
There is a point that you made last night regarding the symbolism that Higher Self attempts to use to get our attention.
Can't repeat it verbatim, but it basically imparted that our Higher Selves are "learning" how to get our attention.
This to me was so very profound and put another piece of my puzzle in place, I believe.
As you have stated many, many times before, and as I have read over the last several years through other sources, the "shift" happening is the 1st of its kind in Creation which allows for the 3 D being to actually ascend with the Earth/Host.
Consequently, it makes perfect sense to me that our Higher Selves have never been through this exercise before and are learning with us!!

Just wondering if I'm alone in this or if anyone else happened to notice a couple of things I have about these patches.
The first is the triangle-shaped ship in some of them happens to look very much like the communicator device/logo in the Star Trek series.
Along those same lines, one of the patches in particular, the one that is AFG-060525-023.jpg happens to have a phrase in Latin up top that curiously translates to "resistance is futile".
The phrase in Latin that I'm referring to is "Resistere Futile Est". Nothing like hiding these things out in plain sight, eh?
Law of One (which I have read) functions as a complement to Martinus cosmology (Mc), or vice versa.
Among other things that Mc deals with that you cannot really find in LoO is -
* The pole constellation of Man
* Description of why Earth Man show different kinds of sexual appearences because of the present pole constellation
* A description of the development in octaves
* The seven energys of Life
* The three aspects you find in every living entity called X1 X2 and X3
* A rough description of different counciousness categories in Earth Man
A description of levels of counsciousness/development in Earth Man from primitive to advanced.

What it does is destroys the human spirit. Even Ram in the Ramayana said that humans expect to get what they have done penance for after a period of time, and if they don't they become despondent.

At this point, the excessive force being used against humanity seems to promotes both awakening and severe despondency across the globe.
It is the despondency that I wish to mitigate and have mitigated. How can so much force against innocent people even be justified and allowed to continue by management?
They are supposed to be our teachers and our protectors. Could we not learn more from being loved more than being continually tortured?
If it were fair then given that someone/thing uses excessive force against me, I should be able to equally defend myself if I was innocent.
But that is not the case always. I have been through several channeling sessions with the most amazing beings.
However, as each of them are not in physical body, I noted that they all seem to lack a sense the pain we go through here when the emotional and mental bodies are connected up with the physical as they see it as a simple transfer of energy from one state to another.

The griffin image used in the Air Force Space Command badge with the slogan "Master of Space" appears to be a hybrid griffin in the sense that the griffin is supposed to have the body of a lion and the head/wings of an eagle.
Their griffin has the head and wings of an eagle but it appears to be the body of a horse with hooves, not talons.
The eagle is often used to symbolize the USA but why an eagle/horse combination and not an eagle/lion combo?
The eagle/lion symbolizes the two kings of the wild. A griffin is also symbolic of guarding priceless treasures.

Also something struck me when I was reading about the quarantine, do you think the mystical "Veil" as in October 31st in the old celtic/pagan, etc traditions correspond to this quarantine?

The body of Christ is literally a biblical term for the light bodies that we are.
According to the Mayan Calendar we are supposed to blossom December 21, 2012 (which is the date that our calendar translates as).. but remember Pope Gregory the Great added five days to the calender. Which makes it December 26, 2012.
Makes sense because of Christmas, the BIRTH of Christ.
I've got a feeling that this quarantine we're under will drop October 31st like the traditions of olde have been saying and there will be a transition from Halloween 2012 to December 26th, 2012.

Have read article 2-3 years ago, by 2 army whistleblowers, i believe it was, that China was the manufacturer of all of our current in the field/air/water weapons, which includes, of course, all the internal computer systems for said weaponry.

I'm really confused by the rules and quarantine explanation. It seems to blatantly disregard all the evidence and mythology of ET's contacting early humans, civilizing and teaching them.
Were the ancient ET's who contacted earth only 6th density? And if so it seems like a lot of humanity's problems stem from their messages and teachings being confused and twisted.
Supposedly the ancient technology they passed down, arc of the covenant, etc. was also used by humans for nefarious purposes.

Here is the synopsis that Benjamin Fulford gives for his most recent article, "Once again this week, a lot is happening in the world and a lot more is about to happen including: the nationalization of Toyota’s North American operations, a total regime change in Japan, Russia allying itself with Nato, the ongoing release of forbidden technology and top secret negotiations involving the White Dragon Society and the Dragon family.
Above all, there are signs of major chaos starting in late January as financial power brokers try to settle accounts by a January 30th deadline in a system that is mathematically impossible to fix. In other words, the old regime continues to crumble while the new waits in the background."
As he points out, these monsters have till Jan 30th to pay back what they absolutely can not pay back. There are already people waiting to take over for these guys, that means that if the "Illuminati" didn't pull any tricks we could have had a peaceful transition, something that absolutely no one could have imagined in the 80s, 90s, or even early 2000's.
So that's proof of just how great a job we've done and how the changes are coming at an exponential rate at this point. So that means that the Illuminati will have to do something before that Jan 30th deadline.
As David said this is too early, though we have been past the point of them being able to pull anything big off for a while, so any time would have been too early. Proof of that is the swine flu scare and the oil spill, even when they have actually been allowed to manipulate us, it has done nothing but back fire on them.
The swine flu made people realize that the government lies to support big pharma and the oil spill made everyone realize how incompetent gov and big oil are and how little they care about us or the Earth.
As I've been saying for a while, anything that they do will only make us even angrier with them and make more people wake up, so doing anything is a bad idea for them. That means that they'll have to try to pull one last big one out of the bag, obviously before that deadline.
But once they do, it will be the end of their reign and they know it, they also know they can't do anything big enough. So that means that their lower minions and even those in the upper echelons have realized that they've absolutely lost, this has created great turmoil between them and further prevents them from pulling anything big off, it also means potential whistleblowers who want to get out before it's too late.
So like David said, whatever they pull off it should not be feared, it should be celebrated. A financial collapse of sorts is just about the only option they have left. But China already beat them to the economic warfare punch, so even their only option isn't a very good one.
We have already won, we are just waiting to sweep out the rest of the riff raff. They'll likely throw a bit of a tantrum before that, but it will only further cement their loss and further cement humanity's drive to turning this world back over to it's rightful owners: humanity.
It's all well and good as the energies expand and vibrate at a faster rate. The dharma is assured.
But keep in mind that the sixth density consciousness is STILL in duality, so there are both benevolent beings AS WELL as nefarious beings.
Please use maximum discernment for there are wolves in sheep's clothing. Not everything is as it appears.
[Moderator: The Law of One says that duality only goes to the fifth density. Sixth density is the density where all dualities are harmonized into the Law of One.]
If a total lifting of the quarantine is what David is saying has occurred, then implications according to the Ra material are pretty immense:
The quarantine exists to balance the contact allowed with earth from higher densities, as David mentions in order to preserve the free will of both those on the STO and those on the STS path.
This is useful in planets with who vary a great deal in consciousness, that have a great deal of both extremely STO and STS. Earth does, partly because earthlings are from so many different planets.
For planets whose consciousness is nearly entirely STS or STO, a quarantine is not necessary. Once a choice is made, those of the planet can no longer be affect by the opposing polarity. It is only the undecideds/polarized that can be affected by both polarities.
My conclusion thus, is that the only situation where a total quarantine lifting would be allowed, is if the planetary consciousness had unified STO or STS.
Note: The channel salusa's message on nov 24 says:
You will be the first civilization to ultimately overcome the darkness.
So, maybe this is what has occurred. The planetary consciousness has fully unified STO?

Wow really cool read, the first bits about the patches & triangle shaped craft is really interesting to me, I never knew they had that.
I've been doodling, drawing & modeling in 3D many versions of space craft shaped like that for the past 5 years, I find myself drawn to them more then discs and other shapes. Not sure why, but when I draw/sketch a ship I always make a smooth sharp trianglar shape.

Dear David, While I agree with much of what you say, I question whether "Management" is doing all it can to help us - as you say they are "allowing" certain things to happen.
So many innocent people are being beaten, assaulted, and raped at the airports, and the Gulf oil spill has had many repercussions as many people are dying and suffering from the intense corexit spraying.
This is not fear of some future event but the reality of what is going on (my friends are being injured as a result of these things) and I don't feel that you are really addressing this by saying "just don't worry, management has it under control. My friends can't wait for management to ring the dinner bell on the Golden Age. They need help NOW! Certainly "Management" could stop this.
Innocent people need to be brought into the Golden Age, not tortured by the powers that be (even though you say they are the powers that were - if they "were" this stuff would not be happening).

The part that stuck out the most for me was the quatum leap and galatic transformation. Earlier this fall my higher self basically informed me I would have prophetic dreams.
One night I had a dream insinuating about graduating. The images conveyed to me that we will be graduating in levels. The first ones will finish this year out and the last ones will finish out at the end of 2013.
The indicator was the color of robes everyone wore including myself. My graduating year is in 2011. The 'seniors' in the 'school' were not visable to me and the other 'classes'. My dream was very vivid and 'real'.
Information has been given to me in this way before in dreams. I have may different kinds of dreams including past life one. I have never read the 'law of one' series and for some reason have no encouragement from my higher self to do so. I am sure there is a reason for it.
One possibly being I already have that knowledge within me and the few snippets I have read that you share strengthen that to which i have been shown and seem to just know. Thanks for your updates and information. Good luck

Truly, we are all free to choose fear (Trap) or freedom (Truth)...the latter just requires that first step "out of the box". Regarding Quarantine:
David, an intervention to prevent great destruction does not mean the entire quarantine was permanently lifted, which seems to be what you are implying.
Rather, it means that the council of Saturn granted permission to break quarantine for this specific incident.
This is not unusual, it is a routine occurrence.
What seems to be unusual is that the quarantine break allowed was of a greater magnitude than is typical.
For example, RA was not allowed to prevent Hiroshima/Nagasaki, though they were granted permission to break quarantine in order to ease their death transition; being that the energetic nature of nuclear blasts could harm it.

An interesting article from you again, no doubt. Although I have to say that a big part of this article is dedicated to patches and signs from the various armed forces intelligence services and related units. But I do have to ask if this is relevant to what is going on right now?

Interesting article. Thank you. Regarding the patches - the doozy of all doozies is the latest patch associated with the uber huge spy satellite that was launched a few days ago.
There are 3 patches, all of which have a pyramid and the all seeing eye. So obviously we know who is behind that whole ordeal which has of course been very secretive.
So now the all seeing eye can be taken literally, as they just launched it into space. God knows what they intend to do with it.

I grew up a military brat and served in the AF, so all of these emblems and patches are very familiar. I never looked at them in that way before. Funny thing is that I was heading out to Vandenburg next month.
This is near the Space X location, which received a license to re-enter space craft from orbit next month. Date's also seem to align with the quarantine, relevant? Oh yes, the current head of NASA was in the Air Force, appointed by President Obama.
