anyone familiar with wayne herschel's book `the hidden records'
(http://www.thehiddenrecords.com/) will know that herschel has
discovered star maps in ancients sites around the world. in these
star maps the pleiades play a central role and herschel believes that
the pleiades are showing the way to a g2 class star of what he's
called a `mystery' star. herschel believes that this `mystery' star
is the star of a solar system with planets where the builders of
these ancient monuments originated from, the gods from above who came
to earth.

herschel never considered the astronomical facts known about these
ancient sites, nor did he ever find his `mystery' star in the first
place. only later was he able to find this mystery star using
dedicated astronomical software and winding the clock back 17250
years!

in my new article i reinterpreted wayne herschel's `mystery' star and
demonstrate how the pleiades are actually showing the way to the `sun
on the milky way' at summer solstice!

my hypothesis that herschel's star maps could indeed be calendars
encoding galactic alignments was tested on stonehenge with a positive
result. this could mean that stonehenge was meant to represent the
current summer solstice galactic alignment. it would be the
counterpart of john major jenkins winter solstice galactic alignment
