hey group,



this is a transient personal matter. i am sad to report that after all this
time, i am still being harassed by sprint's creditors over a year after this
incredible problem first started in november 2004. it is a long story that i
have written about and documented every nuance of. i fought them with the
kentucky public service commission and we proved blatant fraud had taken
place; they apologized and when i paid the actual fair cost of the long
distance (they wanted about 450 dollars for less than two weeks of normal
telephone usage) i was told that it was over. for the last three weeks the
calls have been coming again, and just like before, they are getting more
and more frequent as time goes on.



i have the digital audio files and paperwork on a cd that proves that
blatant fraud has taken place. we won half of it, but now the other half is
throwing me against a bureaucratic brick wall. kentucky can't fight for me
because the other part of the equation occurred in virginia.



i have done all the legal research necessary to prove that fraud and
harassment has occurred in a most outrageous fashion, including digging up
the relevant federal and virginia state codes. if we have any lawyers in the
group, i would appreciate the assistance of having you forward this same
letter to the creditor, once again, and ask them to cease and desist this
incredible ordeal i have been put through. i had already requested before,
with a notarized letter, that all further communications on this outrage be
directed by written mail, and they have gone back to their old tricks.
sprint is playing dumb by saying that they sold it to a collection agency
and therefore it is not their debt anymore. so now we have to go to the top
of this other agency and do what i would have done to sprint.



i would prefer to work with someone i already know... and there are other
options, but i figured i'd set it out there with you first. i don't want to
get all worked up over this. it is very, very clearly a negative greeting
and i am elevating it from out of the shadows so it can be exposed and
healed.
