Gratuitous comment on foodstuffs
concerning a vegan life style
it is a fact of embarrassment to the health
and wellness field that many of the prominent
advocates of vegan lifestyle have dropped
dead ...unexpectedly and ahead of schedule.
i can claim to be an expert on the question of
diet since i have almost killed myself several
times over.
forgetting possible spiritual intervention it is
difficult to find food that can sustain one. an
orange, for example, has lost about 15% of its
micro-nutritients fifteen minutes after picking.
after an orange sits in argon gas for half an
eternity nothing much is left except for the
(artificial )coloring.
proponents of the blood-type-type diet claim
that only bt a's can thrive on a vegetarian
regime. o's must have some flesh food to survive.
a good "o" friend of mine tried for years to
exist on veggies and grains. she would eat great
amounts of fodder but was skinny as a rail.
after she got married she could not get pregnant
... with meat? whammo! starting at 40 she
produced 4. she even claims that her pale lips
would turn red shortly after eating even small
amounts of meat.(no, she doesn't sleep in a coffin)
so, you gotta tailor your diet to your body and
not to your idealistic philosophy of food. (but
then again feeling "spacy" may allow you to
contact 6th density)
you need to find mega-support to upgrade
depleted foodstuffs. read books. grow
wheat grass. fats are a big problem. avoid
too much omega 6. use coconut oil; olive oil.
use cage free eggs fed to increase omega 3.
if meat is a must to keep alive then
occasionally use ostrich or buffalo.
super water! read dr. e. put a positive slogan
and smiley face on the bottle. water pays close
attention to such amenities!
