Default SuperNova - SuperRedWine and SuperOrganic Tobacco

when i test cigarettes using my electro-acupuncture equipment, i usually
notice several outcomes that are consistent. if the lung meridian (energy
system of the lungs and movement of lymph, oxygen, bodily fluids, etc.)
presents to be deficient and the cause has been eating 'cold' foods like
a lot of iceberg lettuce, refined white sugar, processed foods, 'cold'
herbs and if there has been a genetically inherited weakness; then the
tobacco generally raises the frequency and brings more 'warming' energy
into the system. when i test the food or environmental sensitivity points,
the cigarettes invariably weaken the body substantially. when testing
the alveoli of the lungs, the cigarettes weaken the body's ability to
bring oxygen or use oxygen in that part of the lung meridian - and that
weakens the immune system, the cellular function and structure throughout
the body, and diminish brain function. cigarettes usually weaken the
endocrine system and kidney function. but...when i test organic tobacco
for use in pipes, the weakening effects disappear in each of those systems
and organs. organic pipe tobacco appears to strengthen kidney structure
and function, balances the cellular integrity/dna point, and often will
balance brain structure and function when little else does.

my conclusions thus far: it's typically better not to smoke most commercial
cigarettes. it is useful to smoke a pipe using organic tobacco.

my testing demonstrates that marijuana usually, and almost always impairs
and diminishes brain function, although i occasionally get readings of
overstimulation followed by a drain/loss of energy in the brain and nervous
system. marijuana also seems to stimulate the kidney and liver function,
which is not desireable. generally, my opinion would be to avoid ingesting
or smoking or inhaling any marijuana. i do recall that the plant is
useful for dulling pain, and perhaps that is the basis for medical applications
    california is working upon.

i feel that it is important to induce an altered state of consciousness
without the use of psychotropic drugs or plants. if you haven't mastered
the inner ability to induce trance or alter reality of your own accord,
you are missing the point of immersing yourself in the pursuit of an
evolutionary path toward spiritual illumination. the lazy man/woman
who uses psychodelics to do this, often may damage the very brain and
nervous system of the body that is quite capable of generating altered
states on its own - inherently, it makes more sense to learn to do it
    naturally.

i have heard arguments for drinking red wine and the benefits of this
during specific ceremony lead by a master teacher and i endorse and engage
in this practice - joyfully. i have seen the research on reservatol,
the active ingredient that has anti-oxidant properties in red wine.
grape seed extract has also shown to be useful for protecting cells from
free radical damage from pollutants in air, food, and water. so either
from the supplementation or from red wine, there are obvious health benefits.
i have been educated into the value of nitric oxide from the pipe tobacco
as well. i know many native american traditions and the practices of
asian peoples who use tobacco for spiritual purposes. there was an interesting
article in the news on cosmiverse.com that referenced how fireflies use
nitric oxide to light up at night, and mention was made about some of
the research being done with humans. so tobacco and nitric oxide deserves
our further attention. there is much more to discover about this.

    lynn,

thanks for the informative response. i am guilty of being the lazy
    man/woman of which you spoke...

i never would have thought there were useful effects of tobacco, though.
believe it or not, i've never even tried tobacco, and i'm almost 30.
i'll stick to my occasional bowl of kb and trance-inducing music for my
meditative practices until i can fully reach those states on my own...
