>you have to remember that the homopolar generator effect is caused by centrifugal force acting on a fluidlike energetic medium. remember the work of dr. harold aspden in rotating magnetized discs, and they preserved momentum after being stopped so that it only took 1/10th of the original energy to return them to the same speed? this is a hydrodynamic effect, essentially, and that is why the polarity has to be from the center outwards.

>maybe i should be clearer. centrifugal force needs to be aided by the aetheric shielding of the magnet. you couldn't support centrifugal force (force moving from the center outwards in all directions) by having a magnet that was circular shaped where half the division of the circle was north and half was south. the point of least motion (the central axis) has to be a point where the energy can be drawn in and the point of greatest motion (the outer edge) has to be the point where the energy is most fully radiated.
>
>think of the north and south ends of the magnet as if they were ends of a straw. the setup that you are proposing wouldn't really benefit from being rotated at its axis, in terms of its overall output of flow.

>let me handle that one quickly. if you look at the models, none of the circular magnetshave a top to bottom polarity as far as i know. it's in to out. take the depalma homopolar generator as an example. the magnet is like a super-sucker lollipop where you have a long, thin, flexible horizontal bar magnet that is coiled into a flat circle. this means that the center of the circle at the axis will have one pole and the rim of the circle will have the other pole.
>
>if you want free energy you need to have a magnet that can also conduct electricity. the faster you spin it the higher the output, just like a lawn sprinkler continually pumping more water at higher velocities. magnetism is nothing but aether flow and the symmetrical arrangement of the molecules in the magnet forms an affect akin to a straw, where the aether flow is shielded in certain directions outside the poles and enhanced through them.
>
>some of this might be explained in more detail later in the book in yet unpublished chapters.
>
>there is a lot more information to fully understand the searl levity disc that i didn't go into for space reasons. there is a place online where the full technical papers were published and i have downloaded and read them, one jpg at a time... very, very laborious work to get off the net. they may already have disappeared now, such as is the case with "pirated" material. the writeup of the roschin / godin study goes into some greater detail about it as well.
>
>the searl designis based on creating a "virtual" spherical torus field with concentric, nested layers of rings and rollers. but once again, the primary polarity flow is from the center out to the edges.
>
you asked how this affects the earth. i have confirmation from a very good source that the reason why you don't see free energy machines coming out, especially in the us, is that when you start drawing the energy it affects the flux of the global grid. they can see this on specially built sensors on spy satellites. as soon as you get a working prototype, even if no one in the world knew what you were doing, if you get any real significant overunity effect they will know. what they do depends on the situation, but in some cases they will immediately seize it while you are away. that's why i put warnings in the book about this stuff.
