Magnetism and rotation

> something i am still unclear on while reading the book is the actual relationship between magnetism and aether flow.
>
> let me construct an example and see if you guys can help me out.
>
> i have a neodymium disc that is magnetized top to bottom and side to side. that means, one side of the disc is north, and if you flip it over to the other side, that side is magnetized south. in addition to this axial polarity, if you draw a line signifying the diameter of the disc, on one side of the line it would be north and the other south. so you have a disc that is magnetized axially and at two points on the circumference of the disc that are separated by the diameter of the disc. i can explain further, maybe draw a picture, if this is unclear.
>
> ok, what would the affect on the aether flow into the earth and from the earth be if i spun this disc at, say, 20,000 rpm? what about 40,000 rpm? are there any other effects?
>
> thanks, look forward to y'all's input...
>
