Perhaps the GFL isn't really an actual group of entities but a holographic projection of a group of people's consciousnesses which reflects an intense desire to see global changes. If that's the case, I'm sure it is a good thing that they keep on reinforcing the same message of positive change over and over again but I would tell anyone who reads the GFL stuff to take it with a grain of salt. Never accept that aliens are gonna do all this stuff for us but if the message gives you a positive boost, then i don't see any harm in reading them. Just don't be surprised when those "pillars of light" don't come down from the heavens at x time to arrest y cabal members...

I don't have very much experience (consciously) with entities on the other side. But I have a teacher who does. She says that dying, or not having a body in the first place, doesn't necessarily make you any smarter than us who do have bodies. We are all evolving, physical bodies or not, and the developing of intelligence and wisdom happens over "time". Just because you are on the other side of the veil with access to infinite wisdom doesn't mean you have to make use of this infinite wisdom. And certain beings have agendas of their own.
My dear teacher does not encourage channeling. And if she sees any of us students having "entities" with us, even those of really high frequency, she encourages us to kick them out. The high frequency ones usually leave happily, and will be available when you call them, and then leave again. Lower frequency ones can be harder to deal with.
Her main point is that as creators in our own right, we shouldn't give away our energies to entites who have their own agendas. You wouldn't willingly give away your energy to a person with a body, don't do it to those without bodies either.

In the past I have been through two processes of letting go of these entities (that claim quite honestly that they are only there to help). At first you feel really lonely. It's really strange. The first time I let go of nine "assistants" in one go, and I felt lonely for days. Then, as you fill yourself up with your own power, you feel really powerful and full of creativity, and a feeling of mastery. The last time I did this, I let go of a very high frequency female Master. She left me without hesitation, and again I felt lonely. I asked her to visit, and she comes when I ask her. But in general she lets me have my own energies to my self, which feels really good :-)

I assume the energies of the GFL also are rather diverse, with entities from all times, places and vibes. So you probably get some with agendas of their own too... ;-)
So I say what my teacher says - don't trust them. Trust yourself. Own your own crown chakra and your own wisdom and guidance. You can listen to what they say, but the proof is in the pudding ;-)

BBB - yes, exactly :-)

It's one of the challenges with 3D, that a large portion of the learning happens through pain. It kind of sucks. On the other hand, looking back and studying my episodes of growth through pain, I am very glad I had them. I wouldn't swap for anything. And I think also that this is one of the unique things about being on this planet; the feeling af being totally cut off from the rest of the Unity. You feel so totally abandoned, and have to find your own light within yourself. That process is painful and hard. But when you succeed, you come out quite the Master.
If you are forever enveloped in light and love, you never really get to know what you are actually capable of.
And while going through the pain I try to remember that having a body is actaully the exception. If you look at the complete "life span" of the soul, the part that includes a physical body is very short indeed, even when you've summed up all the incarnations.
An "into body experience" is a rare and wonderful opportunity for the soul!

You might have heard of those shootings here in Norway last summer?
We were a few clairvoyancy students that had a "look" at the guy who did them, wondering if there was anything we could do for him. -A chain is no stronger than its weakest link, and he really seems to be a weak link. What we saw was that he was full of low-vibe entities. What we also realised was that we really didn't want to chase them away. As long as they are stuck on him, we sort of know where they are. He's stuck in jail, entities and all, and anything he does is scrutinised 24/7. Because if we had touched those entities, as written in your above quote (BBB), they would just have found a new host. And we sort of assumed the new host would be outside prison somewhere. Better to keep them all locked up in a prison cell....
