I believe what the author meant by "formal" investing was more along the lines of the "occult economy" that Wilcock was talking about. Most likely, the cabal could care less about small business owners and entrepreneurs. A small business owner might as well be a McDonald's emloyee for all they care. They just don't want you to have access to the insider investing and trading that could get you speaking their Earth moving and shaking language.
However, honestly, I am not gonna put me arse where me mouth is because I am not sure I am right. Besides that, it is a keen article and should be kept in mind. We all need to watch out for the "invisible hand" so we don't fall for the okie-doke again.
The beast is inevitably going down, though. And I hope I can continue to count on you for a play by play and analysis, Daven.
