i know there have been a lot of "mass meditation" attempts, but most of them don't get the numbers they need. there is now another one coming up, on 11th of november 2010, 11pm est. it's all about projecting a positive image of humanity's future and doing it with as many people as possible, so i thought that there was no better place to post this than here.

i do not post often (i'm more of a reader), but when i got this email today, i wanted to at least try to get the word out to people that might be inclined to help along. i don't have many people in my address book that would be interested in this kind of thing, so i chose this option. hopefully this was a good guess and hopefully a lot of us, will attempt to use our day to day loving vibes in a unified manner.

contemplation or the consideration in a meditative state of an inspiring image or text is extremely useful also among your peoples, and the faculty of will called praying is also of a potentially helpful nature. whether it is indeed an helpful activity depends quite totally upon the intentions and objects of the one who prays.

@mod billybb - i had to look up what "to gild the lilly" means. -lol- sorry about messing the post #11 anomaly up. i didn't actually take into consideration that the counter would go up after my post. my mistake -lol-

anyway, this one will be #13, i guess people could count back, but "proving" it is now of course out of the question.

if it ever happens again i'll be quite impolite and not respond, i'll leave it up to you then to point out why i'm keeping my silence. :d

@everybody - and for my second unintended application of the "law of confusion" i messed up the time. we use the 24hour system here, but i'll agree in advance that that is really no excuse for getting such a vital thing wrong. this rare posting of mine has been quite educational.

for what its worth....here is my unsolicited, gratuitous advice.

#1 wait a while on the shift of ages...and certainly don't tackle the five very weighty ra material volumes for right now.. instead take thirty minutes and google the nde of mellon thomas benedict....it will pop right up as it is probably the most famous and stirring of the 'near' death accounts.

#3 there is another tool of great help and that is a search engine for the whole works.
