Convergence the Movie

i tried looking for information on this site, and all i found was that "it is supposed to be released sometime in 2008."

does anybody know what stage of production it is at, or any other information regarding convergence the movie and when we all get to enjoy it?

maybe someone has posted this idea already, but i'm too lazy to do a search.. let's say that you're working on a major motion picture... what better way to follow up something like convergence than with a video game or series of games based on the movie(s)? i'm sure you've seen the stats on how video games are outpacing movies in many categories these days. a lot of people will see the movie and be intrigued until the next big attention diverter comes along. however, if you can get them to buy a game that they can play at home/online with their friends, then you've got multiple repeat impressions of the loo concepts.

"convergence: legend of the divine cosmos" - on ps3, xbox360, wii, and pc-dvd. not bad, huh?

when you think about it, the movie just might be the catalyst for the shift in the 4th density.

not to put any pressure on david (and us) but the movie, if released at the most opportune time, could be what tips us over to the point where the 100 monkeys things kicks in.

all movies get press these days, and with the internet the world will tune in to the preview and read the press release and the idea will be in the public consciousness for a few weeks. during that time we might just cross a threshold.

my guess is that the movie will be released right after a major 'paranormal' event occurs in the near future!

hey daz,

that thought occurred to me as well when i first heard about the movie. you know oprah has started to get on this bandwagon a little bit too. she had a show recently about past lives and hypnotic regression. i could see david doing his run-through on her show to promote the movie and that audience just eating it up.

i'm guessing the movie will be released soon before we get the biggining of the big shift. as "david decon" and "bob dean" and others have mentioned, society isn't ready for the truth. we have so many belief systems engulfing so many people, so (david and friends:d) need to be careful about how and when they intentionally influence people and with what.

the movie "what the bleep" intrigues many people, and set a nice platform for convergence to be relevant and believable. i think that the release of convergence should be before et's visit in mass or as we start to surf the big waves

i thought it would be cool to have a children's cartoon of a young sage-like girl who basically just went around and always had a really spiritual parable or teaching as she encountered each situation (perhaps all ranging from the 22 archetypes of human experiences?). the situations could range from the mundane to the profound. she would be like a zen taoist of sorts, or sort of like a christ child, and her small friends could ask really meaningful yet simple questions about the world, and hopefully adults who watch it would actually learn something for once concerning the innocence of a child and see the brilliance in being that way, like a child.

if it was a video game, i would totally buy a game where i was this enlightened race of star travelers, who not only seeded planets but also were involved with upgrading people with superior dna, psychic abilities, the whole works. throughout the game, there would be all these cool moral lessons as it relates to why you would want to do something good, and if the player tried to do something bad just for amusement, it would affect them in catastrophic ways dealing with their own health, abilities, etc.

obviously, this is all just a cool pipe dream of mine but i think it would still be awesome if there was something like this out there to engage with.

if you think about it, there has been alot of synchonicity with all the films coming out

exspelled, what the heck do we know, the peaceful warrior, cellestine prophecy....
