i think the best one i've found so far and it makes a ton of sense. is in a book called [please pm for title] roughly speaking it recommends a fully organic diet, drink only distilled water (which you can do your self by letting sit for 24 hours), avoid artificial sweeteners (they're all neurotoxins anyway), avoid high fructose corn syrup, and msg, drink the full 8 glasses of water a day, avoid any processed food or artificial preservatives. plus, the biggest meal should be breakfast and avoid eating anything about 2-3 hours before bed. when you sleep your metabolism slows and more nutrients are converted to fat 'vs' energy. and, ofcourse you can have coffee, but just not a lot of it. like one cup in the morning is fine. i plan on switching to this nutrition style/diet as soon as i'm financially in a situation i can afford it. he says in his book that if you follow this diet/plan you wont have to exercise to much because your body and what you eat will burn enough on it's own. he also strongly advocates eating as much grapefruit as you can because it's highly nutritious.
