    We've got an excellent, simple, and very self-empowering meditation technique for you all to try =)

    Once in a calmed and relaxed meditative state, visualize a glowing orb of light emanating from the center of your chest, and pull that light out, first filling up your whole body, and then emanating outwards. You will then feel this fountain of energy pouring infinitely out of your being if successful ^^ (we do this everytime while performing Reiki and Pyrokinkesis)
    That's all there is to it.
    It may be difficult the first few times around, but keep it up until you feel that fountain of energy coming out of your chest =)

    If you wish to take this meditation technique one step further, from there, go into that light coming out of you, and visualize your essence going straight down to the core of Mother Earth, and from there towards Father Sun, then to the core of our Divine mother the Milky Way, and then out towards the whole universe. When you have established these connection with Mother Earth at least, try talking to her (with your heart) ^^

    I had got this sharp idea a few years ago to try to listen to language without deciphering the meaning of the words.

    the power of prayer (thought projection) and blue skies =
    Blue skies in sunny florida. it is very interesting to note that sometime before I arrived at the beach this day it was very overcast and then only minutes after arriving the sky opened up in a circular fashion. I believe this is the power of prayer/thought. My thought during this time frame of about 30 minutes was to just have a clear day. It felt like i was projecting very strong wave-patterns into the clouds and moving the clouds with my mind.

    You know that feeling when you start a new romance and when you are initially apart you have this unspoken desire to experience them again and feel them? It's an emotional feeling.

    Well, what I like to do is establish an emotional longing in my soul for god's love to enter and transform it and to do it as sincere as possible. There are absolutely no words involved in this meditation. Technically, it qualifies as a prayer. It's also the same prayer that Jesus taught.

    The reason why I like this one is because most meditations tune us out of our emotions so that we don't feel any negative emotions and this gives us a temporary good feeling much like what drugs do. What drugs do is cut us off from our soul and give an illusion of happiness and enlightenment, but if we connect to our soul with all of the pleasurable and painful emotions and work with it we go beyond the need for meditations.

    Meditations are mental practices to manage emotions. This prayer is the act of changing the core nature of the soul and feeling and processing painful emotions completely eliminates the need for a meditation practice. The reason for this is because if we eliminate painful emotions out of the soul we no longer have any need for meditation because we will have no more need to tune out. That's why I like this form of practice. It's accomplishing something as opposed to managing something.

    the way i meditate is a "fun" way generating all sorts of potentials for whomever does this.
    Some of the challenges i faced on realizing this shift. Was the mind works so hard to continually defines and relate to everything in its perception. So naturally like other meditations enlightening the mind is essential.
    Than once you become enlightened Doors of new perception open. The next challenge is keep your eyes open.
    Yep i meditate with my eyes open. When you do this you than look out and may begin to discover what you just couldn't. After all when you exist within all these words and definitions. Concepts and understandings made by other people in other times. Than naturally you are going to continue this extension of the limits of understanding while the understood remains illusive.

    This is why in all meditations it is critical to silence you're mind. In this meditation it is also important to silence the chakra's. I don't know if anyone else knows this. But each chakra gains attachments in this world. Different emotions that we each feel for anything. Such as Love, Passion, Hate, Friendship, Like, Dislike and all other self judgements. What we are doing is generating a line of Trajectory from each one of our Emotions. These Emotions are not unlike links between cities. Carrying stuff that we currently have yet to comprehend and only Feel. The results of our Emotions and these connections generates reality around us. Wether it is our understanding and daily perception. Waking up, using the bathroom, having breakfast, getting coffee, going to work, coming home, spending time with the wife, watching tv, playing games, having fun, going to bed. In all of these daily points in this fictitious example there are emotions generated and they reverberate out beyond us. We know that we can interact with items and people and move them around and build all sorts of stuff. Well when we do our actions we have feelings and often these feelings come out as moods. Because the nature of the emotion is within your psyche at time our very behaviour alters. So we than alter people and things from this emotion. As it is our psyche at this time so it is in our head our thoughts and our emotional awareness.

    So doing this meditation is epic and easy once you get there. You exist and by this you allow for all else to exist. Not saying you do not live! however you come to discover who you are. The you that is! That Does! Possibly likely the destination is the same and our perception always differs and in this we are all right however we are all standing in different places! haha epic
