    Default Aura of Complacency

i've been back in the states now for a little less than a week after spending 14 months in ghana as a peace corps volunteer. i must say, it's been a strange experience. in ghana i felt like i could easily sort through the energies i felt in the world, but here it's like there's an aura of complacency which permeates everything. it's hard to describe, but it's challenging to think objectively about the things which are going on in the world. perhaps there's some truth to those theories about emf/etheric "mind control" technologies...

wow! that is so very interesting you said this. people here in the united states definitely feel a self-satisfaction for themselves and probably do not care enough about the world to look for answers. i know because i was once there in my life before i was greatly blessed with awareness. :d

another point that cannot be good is that the whole world is looking at us like we are a powerful evil...and i don't blame them. that surely can't be good for us in terms of the law of attraction and karma.

i strongly believe though creation is going according to plan.
all we are is just conscious nature.

this has bothered me for awhile. i had my first out of the us experience last year.

i was on a cruise and then we went into canada.

basically the entire world seemed different while i was outside the us. even the way the sky and sun felt was different.

my bet isn't on technology at all. i think there is plenty in the lost ritual and symbolism of what for a lack of a better word is called magic to produce a "fugue" state over a country.

a country as defined by a group of people who practice similar ritual and worship and similar symbols. it is very likely that each day we are willfully embracing this state of "lack of clarity," through some form of ritual we use on a daily basis. like the commute to work perhaps?

make daily meditation and energetic grounding part of your daily habbits. you will find that this will filter out the noise for you. also geographic locations vary greatly in the vibration of consciousness. sometimes this is related to the people living in the area. sometimes it just has to do with the kind of energy the earth gives off there.

yes, charles. i think being outside of the zone of complacency for a while clears your head and gives you a much more focused and objective view of things. i left the u.s. about 8 months ago and when i return for visits or call to speak with family and friends i notice the same thing.

so much of the mainstream news in america is controlled and edited to keep the masses in line. factor that in with chemtrail and drinking water toxins, emf, and who knows what else. it's not a pretty picture and it worries me.

whenever i express my concerns to family and friends in the u.s., the response i get is that, like chicken little, i am over-reacting to things i've seen in world news and alternative news sources.

it's a helpless feeling to be watching from afar as things shape up for events to take place that i know will adversely effect my family and loved ones there... and all of us, everywhere. however, as david has recently pointed out, the situation needs to get worse before it can get better (but he put it much more eloquently than that).

    sending much love and light,

Default The Out of USA Experience

it's almost like an out of body experience. i left the us for the first time back in 1969. i was gone for a year. when i came back everything had changed because of woodstock. i still had delusions about "the american way" being best. i left again after a year feeling more and more out of synk. with the culture. every time i came back for a couple of weeks, things became more and more obvious to me how i became "deprogrammed" about the culture i was brought up in. they said love it or leave it and i left it and i love being away. i think the central idea is that there is a certain set of advantages to leaving the pot of water that is constantly getting hotter and hotter - no matter where you might find yourself. some countries are worse than others about fronting nationality and patriotism. the more of it, the greater the degree of fragmentation. of course the mass media does their share of contribution. the whole idea is just to create followers so the elite can do their thing undisturbed. most people who never have been outside the us would be shocked (positively) by the experience. it is really very healthy. right now, most people might find that it could save their lives - at least their freedom.

it would seem that this is true. things do need to get worse. and it's not just complacency. there are alot of people that feel that there is no way for one person to make a difference. they feel like they just need to take care of their own circle of influence they have, and deal with things as they come. it's hard to come out and say anything because then people think you are a nut case or paranoid.

i do what i can and don't really care what anyone thinks. i constantly plug in where i can, but do it sparingly and when i think someone will honestly listen. even then people look at me as if i have 2 heads.

in the light and love of all that is

    Default Welcome Back!!!

    hey charles-
welcome back to stalag america! your observations are right-on- and it's not only here in the u.s. our game here seems to be concentrating on restricting individual freedoms and liberty- (can't have folks running around thinking they can do or think whatever they want- that would be chaos!)- but in other countrys there are other games bein played out also. the united kingdom is running the "1984" program- denmark has "brave new world " going- china, and india have multi-various simultaneous senarios- being played out, mostly because they have so many players to engage.

so, again, just a litttle ol' welcome back message- enjoy all the free drugs, as the water, air, and food are filled with 'em now, and try not to wake-up the sleeping sheeple- they're totally happy with their many soap-operas, and, by the way- don't cha know that "resistance is futile? "
