right: ra did not give us any measurable criteria to
evaluate our orientation by (at least from a 3d
perspective, since i think ra does talk about how it
has something to do with your vibratory level).

would the act of quantizing and analyzing your percent
of relative sto be a sts act itself? by thinking "how
can i increase my sto to better help my chances of
positive polarity?"...vs just thinking "how can i help
others along their paths and be of service?" and being
of service without keeping "score" of how each act
is polarizing you either way.
just a thought...

me too, for what it is worth.
it is a natural process. no measurement of is needed.
to attempt to alter your normal actions in anticipation of a reward of
ascension is defeating the purpose of sto behavior.
no need to keep a score card.
