RA does not use the word ascension once but the word harvest ninety-eight times (nearly once per session). Nor does RA use the words: reaping, gathering, garnering, cropping, or yielding in this sense.
The “harvest” at “the end of the Master Cycle” includes interaction on the part of the extradimensionals, called “gardeners” not self-advancement and personal triumph.
There is also the term graduation, which is used twenty-two times.
Synonyms not used: convocation, genesis, initiation, dawning, and admission.
The term enlightenment is used once by RA -but not in the mass sense like graduation at the end of a cycle- quite to the contrary, enlightenment is not taught/learned or shared at all.
RA does not equate graduation at the end of the cycle with a “transition period”. The terms are not even used together. Graduation is a point within a transition from study to practice where a marked event occurs that frees the student at once from study-not a gradual blossoming, but a distinct change.
It is not even described as occurring over a period of time.
In fact it almost seems not to occur in time by the descriptions of the light staircase and the movement into the Buddha body (7th D). So therefore there is no need for a transition period.
It is never stated that there are many harvests - in fact it is stated that there is only one. It occurs for the incarnate and the disincarnate, the polarized and the un-polarized all the same. RA does not speak of different timelines, and multiple existences are not discussed.
Simultaneity of all the events of a soul in its lifetime is discussed, and different possible outcomes, but not different realities that coexist.
The “100 to 700 years of transition” into 4th density is a period where the vibratory nature of our environment changes from yellow to green. However, RA says the nature of quanta is such that the movement over the boundary is that of discrete placement of vibratory level. The energies vibrate more intensely through the forty-year period preceding the final movement of vibratory matter through the “quantum leap”.
I submit that we differentiate our word ascension from the word actually used by the SMC RA, “harvest” in regards to the LoO, lest we forget the nature of the service provided by those of the higher dimensions – the service of tending to the garden of humanity.
Maybe ascending is what we are doing as part of our graduation -other parts being metaphorically, the donning of our caps and gowns, seeing the admiration of our family, peers and guides. Just like graduating, the excitement builds that the expected moment of receiving the diploma might not happen for some reason, but the ascending is the exact middle point of graduating when it finally happens. Likewise, perhaps the act of graduating is the exact middle point of the harvest.
Use of the term graduation would make no sense if it did not occur as a “sudden event” because it requires an exact moment of change that is recognizable and even overtly celebrated as such and could not be applied to a gradual transformation that is realized introspectively or retroactively and also not in a way that others close to the soul wouldn’t notice and honor.
Even a gradual transformation over a few years, coming out in subtle and mysterious ways would be a misrepresentation by those of RA, for nowhere in the material is this discussed.
In contrast, the change in the planetary entity is described as a birthing. After a delivery there is a major change in the experience of the soul. The birthing though, also includes labor and afterbirth and is in its entirety is a transitional period. Perhaps we could even see the gestation of 4D Earth as our period of contact with the higher realms initiated by they themselves in the 1940’s.
Since the fourth dimension is all about developing the SMC our souls cannot begin to experience it fully, immediately upon graduating. Perhaps the 100 to 700 year period is experienced partly as the 3D MBSC learning service and partly as the MBS of the 4thD gathering is bearings and adjusting to the ways of Love seeking Wisdom.
