The pyramid basics go like this.

6. Freqencies radiate within the structre and in a line out of the top of it.
7. 1x1x1 triangles can be used and are somewhat similar to the pyramids at Giza.
8. The pyramid shape is like a cup for centrifical force, it catches it and pintches it into a constrated stream.
9. Many things are effected by this "pooling" of energy.
10. They seem to envoke benificial healing for many things.
