I am new to the forum and am enjoying all the shared information and wisdom. What brought me here, was the wonderful book, "The Reincarnation of E. Cayce".
I felt the book spoke truth and it is up to each person to determine that are not. I respect and give that to each. I am sure David Wilcock has only the best intention as all individuals in life.
Questions:
? - Does the site or forum share messages from the higher self, David, or Ra
? - The 4th dimensional shift is now and available today, as I am feeling and seeing it and it is exciting and fun.... thoughts?
This maybe in the discussion already, in the book pg 194, it talks about the dimensional shift, through this transitional phase, and that it could be crucial in ensuring our own entry into "fourth dimension of love" The main attributes of this 4th dimen. are the ability to perceive all life as part of oneself and the expression of compassion.
It goes on the have paralle Ra's prophecies, prediction of Jesus, "New Heaven", New Earth etc.
Lastly, I have enjoyed many things that I have read on Ra-Ta as well as Moses, this is something that I share from those Cayce studies:

There were also developments in many other lines of human experience. These were the natural result of the ideal that was held by the entity Ra-Ta from the beginning: To make manifest man's relationships to his Maker, man's relationship to his fellow man.

Let's don't forget the thesis, or the key for which all of this understanding had come:
That there might be a closer relationship of man to the Creator, and of man to man

experiences. He had heard the call from within. God to him
had become a personal God. For the people who fought among
themselves at the foot of the mountains God was still the

Cannot we get this idea? God is a personal God. He is
not a God of war or a God of plenty nor even a God of an
individual. He is a God of all. In all things and our
heritage is in Him.
That purpose is to make their wills one with the Creator

I have not had the opportunity to read the Law of the One, but I suspect from the posting I see, that it talks to many of these points... that speak truth to my oneself
