Well, It happened to me again. Right at the moment I am digesting a volume of information on how to generate free energy in the form of electricity. This is part of Tesla's Radiant energy, and based on the discoveries and experiments of John Bedini and Thomas E Beaden and with the help of Peter Lindemann they have been slowly teaching these principles to people over the internet.
I was thinking about this information today, and I happened to look up at the clock.. 3:33.. Now the clock at my work station is a few minuets ahead of the shop clock. I mucked around for a little bit, thinking about why I would get the 3:33 at that time, then I thought that maybe it was a message to share it and just then I passed the shop clock which was now 3:33. So here I am.
I'll post the very gist of what I understand though be warned it is a very rough understanding of the very basic principles involved.

Radiant Energy
I'm not quite sure if this is correct but I'll throw this out there just because its part of the whole thing.
Radiant energy seems to be an energy source that is unobservable, IE its whats known as a virtual energy. This energy is all around us, and it is the source of any particle's actual charge. IE a radio active isotope will continue to radiate radiation in all directions for it's apparent life span with no observable input. Well, according to these guys, this is the input. Around each positive charged particle there are a host of negative virtual charges. The difference between these two is what gives you the apparent charge of the particle to begin with.
We know perfectly well how to use these observable charges. We use them in batteries in the form of Ionic charges, using potential difference to do work on an outside circuit. What Tesla figured out was how to get the radiant energy to provide even more power to any electrical system. He was, however, years ahead of any one else in his field so it was lost to the archive of patents and his records if any. This energy is also known as Vacuum Energy.
Negative Energy
This is the energy form derived from the Radiant energy. It is also unobservable (at least at the moment) as it will not register on any meter of any kind, as they all work of of the known mechanics of electricity. Negative Energy works much like Regular Electricity, however it operates in almost a polar opposite fashion. IE it can be put through a circuit and it will follow lines of transmision, however where a resistor will resist the charge of normal electricity, this negative energy will actually end up with a Gain of energy. In fact any where there is lost, or impedance in a normal electrical situation, the negative energy flowing through the circuit will in fact gain more negative energy. It also exhibits cooling instead of heating circuits.
Now, this energy cannot be observed or measured.. It also cannot be used to power a load. As I understand it, it simply has no mass and therefore has no force it can exert. However, It can be Captured and turned into usable electrical energy. Capictors and batteries can do this, turning this into usable energy. The question becomes, how do you create the negative energy to begin with? Normal electrical situations automatically negate the negative energy. This has to do with the closed loop current circuit (the circuit that starts at the positive pole at the power supply, goes through the load, and ends up at the negative or ground pole of the power supply), which I don't quite understand yet.
Creating negative energy has to do with pulses of High voltage. Passed through a coil (an inductor) creates a negative energy along with the positive energy (electricity as you know it) However, if it goes through the load and ends up at ground, it negates the negative energy and depletes the power supply (think of a battery being drained). This negative energy can be captured in a capacitor however, or even directly to a battery, or any combination there in. Thats where the negative energy is converted into usable energy. This, basically stated, means you can get more energy out of an electrical circuit than you (personally) put in if it is engendered right to begin with.
That means you have to understand the process and then design the circuit around the radiant energy event, rather than the electrical energy (as we normally do).
My description here is woefully inadequate and possibly inaccurate, but the principles of what I'm describing are being used right now and there are plans and groups working on these projects so that people can get a basic understanding on how this can be achieved. The models that are on the internet now are simple bench top models that you can build at home and learn to use, and from there (with enough knowledge) you can mold the application to anything you may need. There are no special parts needed, only an understanding of the mechanics and behaviors of negative energy.
You can do a search for the people I mentioned above, it's all over the Net. Also look up terms such as "School Girl Motor" and the "Bedini Cole window motor" , You will find video's of peoples experiments you can watch. This is no hoax. You can also give me a message, and I'll give you all the links that I have, including groups on yahoo and other forums where these topics are being discussed at length and in depth.
The information is out there, but it is disguised and scattered, I got a book that describes everything in detail and I'm still not clear on it, though I know enough to build working circuits and understand at least some of whats going on. Until I get to experimenting myself I'll still have a hard time putting all the info together.
On a latter note, when we go through the shift during 2012, I'm not sure if the physics will still be the same. This stuff may not even apply then, but still it may be fun and valuable information. The more people that know this will help it spread even faster.
