no: i'm not a vegetarian.
probably 99% of the food i eat is vegetarian.
but i save the last 1% for special cases.
these cases are like the times when a young child
lovingly offers me a bite of their hot-dog, so
that i can lovingly receive and savor the bite.

sometimes i visit churches. i don't listen too
much as you can see. one of the interesting parts
is experiencing how the congregation accepts
strangers. do i feel loved, being as a stranger?
the word religion comes from roots meaning re-join.
i argue the simple truth is that to do this,
all you need is love ("the beatles" were right.)

so many books are written to be "the word of god."
then people read these books and are stuck with
the job of interpreting the words. then someone
comes up with an interpretation that sounds okay,
and from then on it's black and white; no other
possibilities exist: this is the "word of god."

many problems are created by this. the word problem
means to throw forward. i consider problems the gifts
of god. in this way, these books could be considered
the "word of god", because to work through all the
problems this black and white thinking creates, you
discover there is a more advanced way of thinking,
thinking in color.

transitioning from black and white to thinking
in color begins with preferences. that is, dump all of
your labels and think percentages, like 1% hotdog. by
doing this, you benefit from flexibility. you will find
that this opens yourself up to many more opportunities
to experience love in full flowing panoramic color.
no: i'm not a vegetarian, i'm 1% hotdog.
