entering the higher realms

whenever we go into a higher dimension, crossing over is very frequently accompanied by sleepiness and extreme fatigue. if you have ever entered an area of a higher vibrating vortex (entering sedona, arizona, for example) you may have experienced a short time of falling asleep or spacing out while shifting from one dimension to another. this scenario is very common and reported by many.

after our time of completing the cleansing, preparation time, and going deep to excavate any denser energies within us, we were then ready to move forward into a higher vibrating reality involving higher vibrating energies.

some manifestations include sleepiness, deep and long nighttime sleeps, difficulty in formulating a thought, spaciness, giddiness, extreme difficulty in accomplishing anything or encompassing any discipline, a stronger than normal negative reaction to old systems and structures, anger when involved with the old reality, feeling as if you are floating, feeling as if you are not all here, not really knowing where you are, no real sense of direction or connection to anything, and even an extreme apathy about most everything. you may even feel like crying a river…or experiencing great sorrow.

hi linsy (apologies if this is misspelled),

yes, i do get these energy alerts as they come out and find that there is something in each that resonates with me. the prior one about "retiring" - taking time out was a perfect fit and when i checked in with myself on this subject, it was much needed. having been on this path of insatiable thirst for more understanding of spirituality, ascension, etc., i haven't been able to shut off my inquisitive nature in quite a while. when i read the past energy alert to that effect, i "knew" i wanted and needed time to sit, play, process, rebalance, etc. that's not to say i disregard everything for that time but i definitely gave myself permission not to be plowing forward, working at it, to get to this goal. i had been forgetting to enjoy all the nows, to enjoy the process and the energy alert was a nice reminder.

and privately - i sent you a private email a while back to inquire about a book title - wondering if you got it.

this may be one of those shadow sides uncommonly talked about, in that some "approaches" can have a similar effect and this can be very dangerous if the person just happens to be doing something like driving a car.

personally i've confronted this on many occassions and have often resorted to forcefully slapping myself in the face or knuckle punching myself in the leg to keep safely conscious upon the road as "not falling asleep at the wheel."

please be wary and be safe, people.

soup,

i wonder if you could explain in more detail about your sense that caution may be warranted.

linsy: thanks for the info on the energy alerts. instead of emailing you for the url (as instructed) i simply copied and pasted the first sentence of the quote into google and voila. google rulz!

to all: one thing i've noticed lately is that when i receive private emails from folks from dc (and other) forums, they're helpfully(?) filtered right into into my spam or junk mail box by my email provider. if i forget to check there every other day or so, these important emails may be auto-deleted and i never see them.

another thing: if you like to print out the transcripts or whatever to read afk (in bed, or sunbathing, etc) ....copy and paste the info notepad or msword or whatever word processing program you have, then change to font to at least size 12 and then print it out as 2 pages on one 8.5x11 printer sheet...thus it comes out sort of like a paperback book and saves paper and toner. save a tree, ya know?

be aware! the world needs more wares!

peace,
jax in co
