i don't usually comment here, but the rv subject caught my eye..

a bit about rv in general..

there are already legit crews "out there" viewing..
pre-cog/future viewing is best at a week to maybe a month for accuracy sake.

obl can be directly located, (ie.. structure, enclosed, dark, dusty.. rv is descriptive) but the exact location, (in a terrain/environmentals that all looks the same) the name of the area town country wont be gotten, you don't get words, letters, numbers in a session, surrounding environment/structures at best, still a needle in a hay stack search (no matter what possible hype you read, use common logical sense).. what you could do would be to use a map dowser for pin pointing smaller and smaller locations.

no one (that i am currently aware of) is shure ju$t who rifat is or where he came from, he was not affiliated with the us govt team that developed the skill or protocols.
re the article and link.. erv (extended remote viewing, not "enhanced") will not/can't just zoom in and produce exact longitude and latitude etc.. crv (controlled or coordinate remote viewing) would be better employed at that effect/stage.. eg, an erver could locate a "hidden" vehicle, but a crver could possibly diagram the transmission ...

rv is not a (magical) catch all nor and end all .. but is quite useful when applied correctly within it limits.

just my 2 bits... ~t~
