after following one of David's links and poking around I found this article which has some "fantastic" claims and interesting implications. It seems in almost all cases consistent with the discussions on this site so I feel compelled to share it...

Lee Crock has Ten Thousand Success Stories to His Credit

The Pharmaceutical Industry took Lee to court to stop him from healing people
the way Jesus did !!!

In July 1994, Lee Crock was in a 'wreck' and got hit in the head. He laid around the house with his wife looking after him like a school child and enjoying every minute of it. "With an ache and a pain here and there, something to complain about made a good conversation subject with the older folks." (Many people enjoy their illnesses and are not very eager to be healed.)

In March 1997, Lee woke up one morning at 3 am and "knew how the body worked" and what to do to stimulate the (body) cells that had broken down .... "I cleaned those cells up (primarily by removing toxins) ... Thank the Lord. What a gift I was blessed with. I (now) have this burning desire. I must pass the knowledge of this gift to the world. I am asking for any help anyone can give."

Lee was inspired by the stories of Jesus' healings and his instructions to his apostles to do as he did.

Lee said he was fascinated by the "laying-on-of-hands" as reported to be used by Jesus, his disciples and other healers. His healing system stems from Reiki massage therapy, which partially relies on the "production of heat" in the hands, which is then directed to heal the body.

Lee sought guidance from the spirit world and working with his intuition and friends developed a healing practice that is most effective.

Lee says a counter clockwise (CCW) motion of the hands is positive, discharges the cellular electrical energy and relieves pain within about 14 minutes. As opposed to clockwise (CW) motion, which is, negative and refills the body's cells with energy.

I'm not sure about this. It may be difficult to generalize. Also I think that the context of "positive and negative" used here is distinct from the more common use perception of those terms.

Part of why I mention this is a meditation I remember being led through by Mantak Chia (Healing Tao) at a less than inspiring workshop he held in Santa Cruz a few years ago. It was the last meditation of the day, designed to counter the effects of cancer and was a "CCW" dominant meditation. There were probably 50 people in a room swirling counter clockwise and there was a distinct feeling of nausea afterwards in many people - it wasn't a happy note to end on and I'm not sure if subsequently he's come back to Santa Cruz.

This experience led me to find that a CCW seashell has been associated to the Buddha, and I considered this in a funny context - that of helping the Buddha stay upon the Earth for a while - a sort of grounding means which may be helpful to a very few high adepts. Out of this I considered the rotational aspects of the Earth - a CW dominance which suggests the Antarctic as the top of the Earth, with the Emperor Penguin residing there.

There's a Ra passage that talks about the penetration of intelligent infinity, the profundity of that, and so I consider CCW as tool to balance that. It may be session 34 of book 2.

There also supporting wisdom of the Wicca: who open the circle CW and close the circle CCW. I consider many Wicca embodiments of high spiritual adepts. It might be interesting to learn more about that somewhere.

There's a fundamental Reiki symbol built upon a spiral, built clockwise converging - with an alternate form counterclockwise converging, like a mirror image, though subordinate within common use.
