We have implemented RSS 2.0 feeds for both the forums and David's blog. (look for the http://www.divinecosmos.com/images/stories/rss/gif-light/feed-icon-32x32.gif (http://www.divinecosmos.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2) icons at the bottom of the forums and on the left of the main page for David's Blog http://static.bloglines.com/images/sub_modern8.gif (http://www.bloglines.com/sub/http://www.divinecosmos.com/index.php?option=com_rd_rss&id=2).)
In order to use them, you can use your favorite aggregator for news feeds and copy the URL into it.
If you don't have one, you can get a free account at Bloglines.com (http://www.bloglines.com/). Doing so enables you to simply click on the icon and automatically receive new posts in your news feed.
Some web browsers have RSS syndication built in... Some don't... you'll have to check yours to see if it does.
