><font face="arial" size="2">immediately i heard the word "epistle" come into my mind. almost without knowing what i was doing or why i was doing it, i widened my eyes for comedic effect and blurted out, "if you want to understand me, read epistle to the romans, chapter 14 verses one through six!" i laughed in my impression of being a bible fanatic.</font>

"i'll check that out," she told me and went into the other room. i continued cooking, thinking nothing of it, not even knowing if that was a real quote or anything about it. i certainly didn't expect anything. </font>
