Within the computer seems the hardware and the software and the results of the computations. So metaphorically this seems a stretch which may become solved metaphysically by a theory of multiple dimensions beyond those of apparent space time, as if the software programmers and the users of the computer exist distinct from the computer itself - upon dimensions unseen. How do you make sense of this?
