I ran across this device called the Joe cell while reading a recently posted
link. Its a free energy device that can power an internal combustion engine.
References are made to torsional life energy and the interaction of your
feelings affect the device.

Hi Jon,

We have a Joe Cell group here in the Netherlands and I have been
experimenting with it myself. Although worldwide hundreds of people
must have been building Joe Cells especially in the last few years,
only few people like Joe X, Peter Stevens, Bill Williams and Solihin
Millin have succeeded in building cells that have been used to power
a car, so they claim.
