Pyramid Power

I'm trying to get more information on building a healing pyramid. I
read through an article that you shouldn't use metal and to use
plastics instead. But then others say to use copper. Then what about
the pyramid angles? Do you follow a 45 degree slope angle like an
octahedron or are there better angles to use to increase effectiveness?
If anybody has any good advice on how to build the most effective
pyramid please let me know.
