A suggestion

Merry Xmas everyone! :)

More and more frequently i keep having these sensations of energy
flowing thru my body, particularly when im driving and alone. Ill
be sitting there and then waves of energy will shoot up from my root
and spread upwards to hit the top of my head and to the sides to my
limbs. A feeling of great love and happyness hits my conciousness.
Its all kinda trippy. ;)

I figured i should use this energy so what i do is i go into a chant
and BROADCAST the energy. I chant something like "WE ARE ONE, WE
ARE ONE, WE ARE ONE, EVERYONE THAT CAN FEEL MY ENERGY JOIN IN!
TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER! WE ARE ONE, WE ARE ONE! I LOVE YOU ALL!
JOIN WITH ME AND SPREAD YOUR LOVE TO THE UNIVERSE!" and so on. As
i do i feel the energy become more intense and powerful. I imagine
the waves coming out of my body into the world and enveloping it.
Then i try to imagine other sources of energy join in and make the
earth brighter and brighter.

Ive gotten pretty good at just going into kind of a selfhynotic or
meditative state and doing this at least once a day when i find the
time. I wanted to ask all those that like the idea to join me in
this exercise. A great part of our purpose here is to increase the
vibration of the planet and i believe this method could be powerful
if others join in. Whenever you have the time, try broadcasting
your love to the world and request those that can sense you to join
in. May sound like a crazy idea but i think it works and its pretty
simple. :)

Hi javier hun
I get those surges of energy as well, at times very intense ones. Some
time back I had one that was so powerful it drove me to my knees. I was
just standing outside where I can see the grid quite vividly, like very
subtle pink threads of a fabrick. I then saw a star burst of colors like
a kaleidoscope of colors everywhere. I was then able to feel like I was
part of the immensity of the grid, It was at this point I was on my
knees and tears flowing down my cheeks.
