without the necessary preparations: "we have instructed this instrument to
refrain from calling us unless it is within this set of circumscribed
circumstances."

68.3 could you tell me what the plan of the fifth-density negatively oriented
entity was and how it would have accomplished it and what the results would
have been if it had worked?

i am ra. the plan, which is on-going, was to take the mind/body/spirit
complex while it was separated from its yellow body physical complex shell, to
then
place this mind/body/spirit complex within the negative portions of your
time/space. the shell would then become that of the unknowing, unconscious
entity
and could be, shall we say, worked upon to cause malfunction which would end in
coma and then in what you call the death of the body. at this point the
higher self of the instrument would have the choice of leaving the
mind/body/spirit

without choosing such orientation? i think i will avoid out-of-body experience.
i wonder if meditation and/or prayer could leave me vulnerable to this kind of
attack?

i too am very interested in knowing the answer to that question
myself as obe is my middle name. i am also concerned about the idea
that only certain people should attempt these sorts of things. what
exactly are these "circumscribed circumstances"? much of the ra
information i have read about has hit my "antenna" too long before
ever reading it. it all sounds so familiar. nice to finally know i
am not crazy. but i do not do anything special other than meditate
when i have time, dream incubate and fast for a couple of days a
month if my body is up to it. i hate to think i'm leaving myself
open to anything unsavory. i am working on a degree so i do not have
tons of time to devote to the wilcock material. this group seems
incredibly knowledgeable concerning this subject so any scraps you
can throw my way will be very appreciated. l & l, krista
p.s. i am a big believer in mind over matter...where does that fit
