Hi, all.

Some months ago there was mention of Omraam Mikael Aivanhov
along with the suggestion that he had some good things to say. I
have been subscribing to his daily "sayings" ever since.

At least 90% fit in easily with the Ra material. Omraam -- long
departed -- has been identified with the White Brotherhood ... and if
that august body is indeed a reality such a claim could well be true.

In this meditation he touches upon the slippery nature of truth...and
it does resonate with the discussions on site concerning the strange
relationship and tension between negative and positive polarities.

What do you think?

"Truth is generally identified with good, and even with the
highest form of good. Consequently, according to certain
thinkers, evil does not belong to the realm of truth. But this
question has not yet been studied in sufficient depth.
Truth is like a medal, one face of which represents good and the
other evil. Obviously, good must triumph, but do not imagine we
can bring this about by eliminating evil. Truth does not lie in
evil, of course, but neither does it lie solely in good: truth
is good and evil at the same time, or rather it lies in a
principle which is superior to both and knows how to work with
both. Unless we go far enough to discover this higher principle
which directs good and evil, we will never understand their
interactions, their conflicts and their games."

Billy,
I,too, have sampled the wisdom of this Master.
Excellent book by Georg Feurstein, "The Mystery of Light:The Life and
Teachings of Omraam Mikael Aivanhov. Feurstein quoted this
Nostradamus verse about him:
"To a humble family will fair child be born
From a Balkan country will this Eagle fly,
To dwell in the land of the Rooster,
His name is the same as mine the world will long recall,
His voice the peoples of the earth will hear,
And following upheaval and disaster,
A new age will begin."
(Feurstein relayed that France has rooster as its emblem and that is
where he went. Also that rooster is symbol for rising sun/vigilance
and both play central role in his teachings. The eagle also represents
the lofty sun - a fitting symbol for Master Aivanhov , who boldly
soared in the dimension of Spirit, close to the source of all light.)
