Hey there -
I thought a brief update into what I'm doing with the OTHER parts of my body
couldn't hurt.
First the catalyst part: I got really quiet these last three weeks because I
had a situation where I was making myself far too available socially, in
situations where I was giving and not being replenished. This has already
reached a crisis point, in that basically every halfway open-minded person
who meets me and hears some of the story ends up wanting a relationship of
some kind, friendship or otherwise. I don't even carry cards for this reason
- my website is my card.
My psychic abilities have become vastly more powerful with all the work I'm
doing on myself. If you want to grow in this sense you have to initiate all
three levels - body, mind and spirit - with equal efficiency.
The body can be initiated through exercise, healthy diet, freedom from all
mind-altering chemicals and sexual disciplines, either with a partner in the
tantric sense or through as much solo abstinence (for men) as you can
tolerate.
The mind is initiated through concentration, intellectual study, rigorously
focusing on the truth of self and others without letting denial kick in,
learning to set healthy boundaries, and in my case lots of journal writing
or other creative expression. It is also very important not to let the mind
be torn up by the distractions of environment. No background music or
television noise - if you're not putting your whole focus into it, don't
have it there. Strive to be as clear and lucid, focused in the present Now,
as possible. If a conversation goes on for too long, say something... don't
just zone out and wait for it to end. Change the energy. Participate with
heart or withdraw.
The spirit is initiated through disciplines that help drop the illusion of a
separate self and bring in the love. Meditation is the main one, which
actually encompasses the initiation of mind and body as well. Dreamwork is
the opposite side of the meditation coin and in my opinion the two should go
together or else much of the wealth is wasted.
Other than the above, the only two exercises that Ra said would create
exponential spiritual growth were 1) focusing on the love in the moment, and
2) reflecting on as many OTHER relevant situations to the moment as you can.
Obviously both of these are the same exercise, really - it's just how you
define "the moment." Dreams call up the whole catalog of experience that
relates to your present situation, and thus aid tremendously in the
initiation of the spirit, which is ultimately about contacting your own
Higher Self.
Remember, there are three categories of archetypes, seven in each - body,
mind and spirit. Typically the mind is initiated first, but you can't truly
progress just by sitting and reading things on the Internet. It is a path
that involves much more than just getting off on neat stuff to read.
So anyhow, I've been on a massive cleansing diet to initiate the body and
rid myself of candida, where I am not eating any sweetened foods whatsoever,
other than blueberries, which do not exacerbate the condition. Apples are
also acceptable but in the Cayce sense you only eat them raw during a fast,
as they trigger release without digestion. On this candida diet, everything
else I was already doing could stay the same.
My diet is basically just as strict as it's always been - little if any
dairy (goat feta is usually what I'll do), complete avoidance of eggs for
the yeast, very infrequent white flour, et cetera. As I wrote on the website
I did blend organic ethically raised animal protein back into my diet, and
focus almost solely on fish (preferably sashimi, i.e. raw), turkey and bison
(buffalo).
The effect this elimination of all fruit and sweetened foods has had on my
ever-persistent adult acne on my back (which has been pretty manageable ever
since I went vegan back in the day, but never completely stopped, and could
flare in times of stress) has been amazing. Finally it's all just dying off,
and it actually started happening really quickly once I cut out all sugars
and fruits. Surprisingly it's not as hard to do as I thought. Of course, the
readings from seven years ago were trying to get me to do this, so I finally
listened and the results have been miraculous.
Psychically, as I was saying, this lifestyle change - the full work of
initiation in all three categories of body, mind and spirit - has had quite
an effect on me. It's just easier and easier to grab things that turn out to
be right when I'm around people in person. I still don't scan emails and
never will, as I write on the contact page, as there's nothing sillier than
the emails where people are self-confident enough to think that I'm going to
tell them why they wrote me. Delete, delete.
Nonetheless, in person, little throw-away "hits" - throw-aways as far as I
am concerned, requiring no real talent or effort - actually lead to
hero-worshipping awe in most others. So we have a social problem. I have
reached a decisive moment where I can no longer just blend in at parties or
gatherings if people know anything about me. I invariably become the focus
of attention and people start pulling. I've only just now started to
externalize this and tell them what they're doing, encouraging them to pull
from Source rather than from me. This makes a huge difference and stops the
"vamping" in most cases, I've found.
Anyway, if you couple the psychic hits with the fact that I'm such a trained
orator and writer now that everything I speak is like you're at a great paid
lecture, I drop such knowledge that it never stops being captivating. If
someone asks me a question around someone else I know who's already heard
the answer, I will invariably answer it in a completely different way so
that I never am repeating material. That also makes me, as I've been told, a
"tremendous, unending source of entertainment."
Now that I'm in a population-dense area with lots of people who think like I
do, I've had to start defending my free time with ruthless efficiency, or
else no such time exists. Few there are who can respect what I'm doing
enough to step back and let me keep doing it without their direct,
consistent involvement. Everyone wants to be my best friend.
I actually lost so much vital energy from this over-abundant socializing,
soon after beginning the initiatory diet to get me to the next level and
kill off the acne once and for all, that I ended up with a crippling back
problem - right behind my heart. It was bad enough for the first day and a
half that I couldn't lift my arms. On the second day I turned over in bed,
got a good crack, and could lift my arms again. Then in the shower I got
three more crunches and felt even better. My attitude never dimmed, as I saw
this as part of the initiation.
Not surprisingly, a personal reading just before this happened had
encouraged me to take some time off. The furious pace of transcription and
all-day journal writing undoubtedly had helped create this problem in the
muscular sense, but I was keenly aware of it being energetic. I realized
that it was "do or die" time, and I just had to start saying no to almost
everything - including any non-essential phone calls, which can be just as
draining.
However, I still had strong pain in the one area under the left shoulder
blade - a place that first flared up when I lost all the weight in HS and
again when I was in the midst of my first horribly dysfunctional
relationship - and this went on with no further improvements for an entire
week. I finally caved in and found a local holistic chiropractor who also
has a massage and acupuncture clinic on site as well. I've now had five
adjustments and three massages, as well as working the tension out with a
massage tool every day, heat packs, hot baths, et cetera, and the problem
has essentially faded into non-existence as of yesterday, but it did take a
lot of work. Welcome to the last three weeks of my life!
The positive effects of a complete shift in my routine have been amazing.
The readings said I had to go back to the old David, not the teacher or
student, for this process to work. I found this website,
www.progarchives.com, where almost every band I enjoy is listed as part of
an overall massive cataloging of progressive music. This, coupled with
Itunes and some extra cash, have led me to discover all sorts of new bands I
would have never heard otherwise. I am a big fan of complicated music that
is interpreted in a jazz/classical/rock style and this really burst the door
open for me. One of the best bands is recent and still around, called
Echolyn. They have some simply unbelievable stuff for a musician to listen
to. Another very odd but fascinating band is Gentle Giant.
The readings and dreams have been REALLY encouraging me to plunge into
music-making. I have met some contacts who are ostensibly starting a
combination film, book and music publishing business, and of course I hit
off all three areas. Therefore it's looking like the leverage that this film
is giving me will include the opportunity to work with talented folks like
my associate Larry Seyer to design inspiring music I will be able to perform
at concerts and market commercially.
Just when I was thinking I could go into the wildest arcane intricacies of
progressive fusion, my source came in the other day and informed me that
this music should also be made with the greater good in mind, and therefore
kept at a level that will keep it more popular and accessible. Hardcore
progressive is off-limits! OK, OK. I do believe it is possible to put things
out that elevate the message and the quality, and have progressive aspects,
without being completely insane and overcomplicated to listen to. The key
seems to be in blending in just enough progressive concepts to the idiom
that it sounds great and new to most people.
As you may know, I have quite the computer setup for musical composition,
and I've really been paying in the time on it to build up a palette of
sounds so I can just launch into it. My first focus is on creating an entire
CD of ambient music. I created a two and a half minute demo piece and the
head of this fledgling media group liked it so much he told me he listened
to it 50 times. In a sense it's basically a fusion of Tangerine Dream, jazz
and Philip Glass classical, in the sense that it creates psychedelic
ambience with a good balance of orchestral instruments rather than all
synthesizers.
Music always seemed like something that I had to "Give up" in order to do
this metaphysical work, so it's been really amazing to have my Higher Self
telling me that "now is the time" to really dive in and do it. Of course,
the What is My Purpose? CD I vend on the website, and mail out the orders
whenever I am sane enough to remember to do so, is an entire album worth of
ambient music I wrote myself. The difference is that I now have much, much
nicer tools to work with than I did then, and my sense of composition has
also evolved from all the new listening I'm doing. I've listened to as much
fantastic NEW music in the last 2 weeks as I had heard in my entire LIFE up
until now. That in and of itself is like an incredible Ascension experience.
Anyway, here's the other big piece. The night before my back exploded, I had
a two-hour conversation with my ex. It turned out I was right - she did
still have one of the secret Eleusinian mystery-school texts I had gotten
from an elderly client, and wanted to send it to me. I think the simple
recall, in the energy body, of the trauma of the relationship was the final
push to the crippling problem when I woke up the next morning. It was quite
graphic to see that I could not raise my arms, in the symbolic sense. The
amount of work I had to do in relationships had quite literally crippled my
ability to do anything else.
The book showed up soon afterwards, but it took me about a week to realize
that the whole point of the injury, et cetera, was that I should read it. I
had handed it to my ex as a temporary loaner, right after I got it. Then
when we split she lost track of it and when I asked for it, told me she
thought she had already given it back to me. As it turned out, it was the
final book in the series of six that I received - the capstone of the
series. The topic was on initiation. Suffice it to say that the book
explained everything that was happening to me and I really got it - more
than I'd ever imagined.
These books are all from 1960 to 1963. There's six in the series. At least
one of them is basically a collection of old Pythagorean quotes and so
forth, but the others are written by this person who usually just calls
herself "The Eleusinian" but dropped a specific, cryptic one-word name at
other times.
I can't express clearly enough how fantastic these books are. Each one of
them is written as if someone had been reading the Law of One all their
lives. The woman who sent them to me, two years ago now, contacted me for a
reading because she said I was the only person on the Internet whose writing
sounded like the Eleusinian books. And when I got them I was amazed. In
fact, they are so wisely written that I can't read very much at a time - I
have to put them down because my mind just flies off in too many new
directions.
I admit that it's my fault that I've been sitting on this goldmine for two
years now and haven't taken it to the next level. I was discussing this with
my neighbor, who I have a good friendship with (and that's all it will be),
and read her some passages. She couldn't believe that I hadn't done anything
with this yet to bring it out to the world. She ended up going on Google and
achieved the impossible. In a short time she figured out that the other name
given for "The Eleusinian", the author of the books, was actually the last
name of an author who died in 1978.
Of course, it is a very unique last name but you can't be sure it's right
just on first blush. I then did a great amount of additional research and
discovered that this MUST be the same person - absolutely no question about
it. There were so many confirmations - location, style of writing, time
periods, people she spoke to, mention of "occult" and "esoteric" in the
letters she was exchanging with others - that it was 100 percent.
As it turns out, she seems to have supported herself by writing fiction
novels, specifically popular material that is now derisively called "pulp
fiction". I scoured the ends of the earth and was only able to turn up three
of her catalog, and two of them are the two that apparently got really
famous. The others did not match this level of saturation and thus are much
harder to find, but I did get one of them.
Anyway, her MOST famous book is about a person getting sucked into a weird
cult that sounds an awful lot like an Ilmnti splinter group, and eventually
escapes. I sat down last night and started reading it and was captured
almost from page one. I had planned on doing other things but finally had to
quit at 2AM from sheer exhaustion. There is so much specific knowledge and
detail that I am strongly tempted to think that this actually did happen,
either to her or someone she knew. Yet her writing is clearly positively
polarized, so if this did happen it did not sway her off course.
This book uses the dramatic setup of a woman being sucked in to this group
as a means of teaching all sorts of metaphysical principles. Literally, it
is as if someone fully educated in Law of One study had gone to the trouble
of creating a popular, dramatic way to teach people the concepts - including
a detailed breakdown of the Tarot archetypes, what they mean and how to
study them - and put it into a fictional context. It's just like what I'm
doing with the film right now, albeit in literature form.
Suffice it to say that this fiction book is SO well written and spiritually
informative that I'm going to consider it to be the extended Prologue to the
six-volume Eleusinian series. Any smidgen of doubt that I had found our
author was eliminated once I started reading this volume. I must say that
this all has me VERY excited. From how she writes, and some of the material
in the books, it is clear that she was, in fact, pulling information in
through her Higher Self - a really well-tuned channeling without the BS -
and it is VERY clear that her Higher Self is in Ra. Egyptian references are
all over the place.
So this is, in fact, a goldmine of yet-undiscovered, high-integrity
Ra-inspired material, 20 years before the Law of One ever came out. It is
almost entirely non-transient and power-packed. I'm not sure how she got so
knowledgeable, YET, but it's really there. She did live in LA and attend
Yogananda's Self-Realization Fellowship, and she also was a major admirer of
Edgar Cayce's work and says some very flattering things. She seems to have
balanced all three areas - body, mind and spirit - and the Eleusinian books
were written for "private members" only. I estimate less than 50 people have
ever laid eyes on these books, but they are absolutely stunning in terms of
quality - invaluable for anyone to integrate the Law of One concepts into a
living practice. It is a miracle that this found its way to me, and that I
have all six books in the series.
So, the problem is that these books are all in typewritten format. The woman
I got them from underlined almost every sentence, so they do not OCR. I'm
going to need to scan each page of all six volumes, save them as JPG files,
and they will all need to be transcribed by hand with the help of
volunteers. I do not know how soon I will be able to get them all scanned,
as they are never again leaving my possession in hard-copy form, but it will
be soon.
I will need to ask you for assistance in transcription as I cannot afford
the time to do it myself. If you are interested in this project please let
me know. If we pool our resources and tackle different sections of it
simultaneously, we can have the whole seven-book series (six volumes plus
the prologue) ready for open-source distribution in just a couple months. I
will do a final editing pass and insert occasional commentary before we
release the material. When it's all finished, I will reveal her identity and
make a major splash about the whole thing on the website. Hopefully they
will all see their way into a published form for the bookstores as well.
It's really that good.
So, this is the quest that has emerged amidst all the other things going on
with film and music. Why try to re-write something that already exists at
such sublime quality? Furthermore it makes it much easier to believe that Ra
is a real source, not the figment of someone's imagination. The only thing
on par with these books that I've ever read is either my own readings or the
Law of One series, period.
We can coordinate transcription privately or on this list. I believe one of
the books - the Pythagorean one which is arcane enough to possibly not even
warrant inclusion as one of the series - has already been processed, so
we're basically looking at five heavily-underlined volumes, about 90
single-spaced pages each, that need to be hand-transcribed. Each person can
probably do 30 pages within a reasonable time, so if we had 15 solid
volunteers we could hit off the five key books. If I did it myself I'd very
likely get obsessed and become crippled, so that's why I'm asking for your
help. I've had to learn how to work as a team and not just as a solo
maverick.
Chris, our moderator, can help organize this effort and I'll start getting
pages ready this coming week. If we have more than 15 good typists on board
we can finish it even faster, and we'll make sure that no work is repeated.
I'm going to do the Prologue by OCR because it's not underlined, and that
will be the first one to go out - but not until we have at least the first
volume ready to follow in its footsteps.
It would also be preferable if we had someone who I could out-source the
finished documents to who could put them into a PDF format to offset the
problems with the smaller type on the Divine Cosmos website. That will come
later. For now, just let us know on the moderator email if you want to
volunteer. You will be held accountable for your pages and it is important
that you complete the assignment if it is given.
Let's make some magic!
Peace be with you -
- David

My diet is basically just as strict as it's always been - little if any

the yeast, very infrequent white flour, et cetera. As I wrote on the website
I did blend organic ethically raised animal protein back into my diet, and
focus almost solely on fish (preferably sashimi, i.e. raw), turkey and bison

The effect this elimination of all fruit and sweetened foods has had on my
ever-persistent adult acne on my back (which has been pretty manageable ever

an effect on me.
I have
reached a decisive moment where I can no longer just blend in at parties or

of attention and people start pulling. I've only just now started to
externalize this and tell them what they're doing, encouraging them to pull
from Source rather than from me. This makes a huge difference and stops the
"vamping" in most cases, I've found.
Anyway, if you couple the psychic hits with the fact that I'm such a trained
orator and writer now that everything I speak is like you're at a great paid

them is written as if someone had been reading the Law of One all their
