The shift?

Now that we know abut the shift that's going to happend and that only
harvestable people are the only ones to pass the final test i ask my
self a question. What about those one that will not pass?. Goverments
around the globe are making nice progress sending humans to space but
what if the real purpose for that is to assure that a few groups that
maybe knows they would not "pass" the test are planing a way to "get"
to a safe place when the shift happends? I ask this because all the
rumors i have read about human secret bases on the moon or even mars.
From all the things we have learn now we know that scientist have the
knowledge to built anti-gravity vehicles and who knows what other
things they have done so far. Ill apreciate if that im paranoic or
have someone cosider that option too. Thanks
