Inner Civilizations?

in reading some of the ra material, i came across an interesting sentence in
which ra mentions inner planes and inner civilizations. wow, very cool! but my
understanding of those terms is vague. could someone elaborate on what they
mean?

rather than giving an answer to the topic, i would like to add some
questions based on personal experience.

in the past four months iãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ã ƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâ ƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â´ve been invited three times to a rather
special place nearby mendoza city, argentina. it is said to be
called "isidris" and some people claim that there is some kind of
higher dimensional underground base under the mountains.

well, at first i was a bit skeptic about it, but every time i went to
the place i could see "light beings" (i canãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â ‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ã ƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â´t find a better name,
they seemed to be made with light!). most often, they showed up in
the sky above us (we were about 7 in the group the first time, and
about 50 the second and the third!!) and a couple of times they
surrounded us at a very close distance (about 10 meters), revolving
at incredible speeds.

another interesting phenomena was that although i had to walk about
one and a half hour through a dry river in the mountains to get to
the place, i found that rather than getting tired, my whole body was
full of energy, not to mention clarity of mind.

my hypothesis is that there is a higher aetheric density surrounding
the place (it is near aconcagua peak, after all) which facilitates
higher states of conciousness. i really donãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â ‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ã ƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â´t know if there is an
intraterran civilization or base, but those light beings are there on
the surface and it is extremely easy to make contact.

i couldnãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚âƒãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚ â‚ãƒâƒã‚âƒãƒâ‚ã‚â‚ãƒâƒã‚â‚ãƒâ‚ã‚â´t find any quote by ra about positive extraterrestrials
being on a base on earth right now (excluding wanderers, of course!),
but i must say that the experience was an uplifting one every time i
went to the place (11:11 on the clock!).

what do you think about this??

wondering why the news hasn't gotten out more about these beings. i wish i could
experience this myself! you are extremely lucky.

thanks for telling us about this and i do hope there are comments on
this...i'd love to see who else knows of this and/or what they think about this
awesome phenomenon
