dear tiffani,

i know exactly what you mean. for the past three weeks i have
experienced "waking up" in my dreams. at first it was distur-
bing. it would only last for a split second but the shock of
"being conscious in there" made me sit up with my heart pounding.
it usually right when i go to sleep or around 4am.
throughout the following day i have experiences that i know
where in my dream. kind of like deja vu with a kick. i have
experienced waking up from a dream and experiencing it as being
real but this is different. maybe its acually the same experience
but we have somewhat changed. maybe we are beginning to accept
and embrace our multi-dimensionality at a deeper level.
glad you brought this up.

well, usually my dreams run on autopilot (me jus watching the show,
not aware im in a dream) and usually arent of metaphysical nature but
more symbolic.

one dream a year or so ago i was telepathically communicating to
someone else. i say this cause 1. i was conscious even tho my body
was asleep, i was highly alert. 2. the voice i had not heard before,
a male with a french accent. 3. we had a complete conversation, and
he gave me advice to take a notepad and go camping..which i did.
turned out to be a very fruitful weekend, very helpful for where i
was at. i never heard him again, but i dont usually have a lucid
experience like that, body asleep/mind awake.

just recently, i was in a dream with some friend and was pointing to
an object in front of us, a suitcase or something like that, and i
was saying how it's an astral object and you can do cool things with
it, as in it's not solid as the third dimension, but don't remember
if i did anything! stil very cool, the idea of accepting ones multi-
dimensionality seems to naturally open up blocks in ones conscionsess
that prevented these experience before. defintely having more and
more lucid dreams than before. dreams and waking third dimensional
life are mixing now more than ever. david's seeing those energy
fields in the forest is a great example. i have that steiner book
somewhere, might have to check it out now. :)

i can say i went through periods where the song thing
was happening to me... it's like the lyrics to every
song i would hear had the message i needed to hear at
that moment. it's certainly a neat phenomenon, and i
can attest to its reality. i wouldn't get freaked out
over that, though. wait till the mass landings for
that :-)
