i remember when i responded to something on slashdot with an opinion
developed in part from the loo. their diagnosis was insanity as well. ;-)
although nearly everyone who knows me offline has thought i'm nuts for
years...that didn't start with the loo. i try not to let it bother me.

personally, i am not that overjoyed. his lifestyle and all of those
prison sentences kind of justify their labels of "insane" in their
eyes, as he seems to be using this philosophy as a justification for
getting in trouble with the law, or swinging bad hits.
martyrdom is generally not the best road taken imo.
though seeing those words in mainstream text is pretty neat ;)

yes, the tone of the article was mocking, to say the least...but i wouldn't
be too hard on them. vilification, mockery, and ridicule are things which
i've had to deal with throughout my life, and this at least is something for
which i genuinely do try and feel compassion for people, rather than feel
aggression towards them. their mockery is a product of their lack of
understanding.

oh, man, the other night i dreamt three sets of double 11's:
1111 1111 1111. is this the balancing of body/mind/spirit?
any insights?

petrus,
i'm just getting ready to "come out of the closet" with my
metaphysical understandings/distortions with more and more people. am
preparing for being considered crackers as well. ;-)

chuck: i notice that he gives specifics:
"the mayan calendar stops at dec. 21, 2012 -- the date the mayans
believed the world would end," he says. "on that day, at 11:11 a.m.
greenwich mean time, those who are ready to ascend will vanish from this
plane of existence,....."
does anyone have any correlation of this specific perspective on 2012?
this is the first of this i have heard, with that much specificity. i've
read jenkins' books, and i think he's gone deeper into this specific
issue than just about anyone (if there is more out there, let me know,
and if it's on amazon, please...), and at the end of "galactic
alignment" he basically says "we really don't know what will happen"..
my latest revelation was that the plane of the elliptic of our solar
system will pass "through" the plane of the elliptic of the galaxy, thus
putting our solar system into the most "advantageous" position to
receive in streaming electromagnetic resonance from the core of the
galaxy (back to the question of the logos again), at which time whatever
changes the alignment produces will occur (or begin to occur, or have in
fact already begun to occur....). beyond that, as far as i am aware, it
is all speculation.
does anyone have another scenario?
i think we have to be careful to not blurt out suppositions and theories
as if they are fact. there are serious researchers doing serious work,
trying to unravel the mystery beyond the veil, (mmmm.... a guy name
wilcock being one of them......) and i feel like their work is somehow
diminished when people speak out about theory and supposition as if it
were fact.
people (like the author of the article) get the wrong impression, and
it's so easy to debunk supposition, because it stands not on fact but
faith, and although those of us who follow this path may believe these
things to be true, it does not mean that we can mount a persuasive
argument in their favor if we base it on anything but logic and fact (as
david, l&l, et. al have done, as a great service to "the cause").
it is unfortunate, but people who have not been exposed to any of this
(millions, billions??) are potentially denied access because the
information is trivialized and mocked as this article does. then i think
everyone misses out on the opportunity to raise the global
consciousness.
sincerely,
chuck.
