Does anybody know the reason for my postings being so unreadable in the line-
formating? I just write and donÃà‚‚Âà ƒÂƒÃ‚ƒÃ‚‚´t seperate the lines manually by using the
"enter"-key and
everything looks normal on my screen, but when the post is online and I look at
it again, it
always is a mess.?
Thanks
Lotta

I know what you mean. I would suggest you click the Preview button to
see the result of submitting your posts before clicking the Send button.
That way, if any of these carriage returns have been added you can edit
them out first. Not sure why this happens though.

Dear Jacob,
thanks for your help, I will try it right away and if anybody sees any carriage
returns in this
mail, than this wasn`t it and you may help me with this again ;-)
I am just writing to get some lines together, so what else can be said to this
subject? Ahh,
now I now something...another strange thing with the lines is, that when I reply
to a post
and leave some of the text of the prevoius poster to whom I answer, the same
thing
happens to this persons text portions then. Maybe it is some kind of preference
setting?
But I haven`t found anything that has to do with textformating.
Oh by the way, it looks fine in the preview!
Be blessed

I don't quite know what you mean, Lotta.
However, on a similar note, although we've been a bit sensitive about rules
lately, could I suggest that members look to wrap their emasil lines at 60 or 75
characters per line? It does make emails so much easier to read, especially the
longer ones.
If using Outlook Express, go to Tools - Options- 'SEND' tab - Plain Text
Settings, and set 'wrap text at X characters when sending'. However, make sure
'Encode text using:' (same tab) is set to 'NONE'or it will over-ride the
character wrap.
Love.

Well, it would seem that didn't work, as there are still carriage returns
throughout your text! I know exactly what you mean but I can't quite pin down
when the behaviour occurs. Might I suggest that when composing a message you
click "New! Compose your message with Rich-Text Editor (Beta)" along the top and
use that editor? Maybe this will be better for you. I'm trying it out now, to
send you this message!
Let me know if this helps

@ Jake:this is a test with the "Rich Text Compositor" so we can see if there are
any more carriage returns in the Text. If this doesn`t work, then I really do
not know what to do and just try to set manual returns.
@ Neil: Unfortunately I do not work with Outlook Express. I am a Mac OSX User
and as far as I know Microsoft hasn`t upgraded Outloook for Mac any further and
therefore it isn`t available for Mac OSX.
But thanks for the help, I apreciate it!
Be blessed
Lotta
P.S. Now that is strange! When I use the preview function now, after using this
yahoo Text editor, ALL the carriages are gone, even the ones that were set on
purpose. ????
