Dear Friends,

Interesting concepts.

In spite of the existence of myriad varieties of polyhedra, the first ones
that immediately come to mind and those most recognizable to geometers and
non-geometers alike, are the "Platonic solids" or regular volumetric polyhedra,
of which there are five: tetrahedron, octahedron, hexahedron, dodecahedron, and
icosahedron (Figure 1). They are interesting figures and in their own cold way
almost mystically attractive, but, apart from certain configurations of the
mineral and microbic worlds, ultimately alien to organic form. They are
mathematical models, and yet, on both manifest and symbolic levels, this is one
way we create and interpret our world: from the amalgamation of shapes that
comprise one of our most primal of languages, the language of form, of which
geometrical configurations are a major portion.

Be that as it may, as fundamental expressions of linear logic, the Platonic
solids have maintained a deadlock on the human imagination for hundreds of years
becoming, in a sense, the veritable building blocks of Western consciousness.

There is, however, a subtle twist to this picture, both literally and
figuratively, in that another family of regular volumetric polyhedra exists,
heretofore overlooked, which can be generated from the circle alone using only a
compass: the cyclocentric polyhedra.

HI David :) Fabulous site, thank you. I would call this the 'quantum grid'
of ALL creative potentials :) Notice how when you study the background
wallpaper of the site, it goes three dimensional! It allows for the
creation of anything, and includes the concepts of the quantum field in
observable strings, all the way to worm holes, and even the 'eye' of the
observer itself into all that is :) Z

Greetings All -
The Cyclocentric Polyhedra is also known as the 'Flower of Life'.
For indepth study of this figure, predominate in Sacred Geometry, I highly
recommend
reading/studying the books, "The Ancient Secrets of the Flower of Life" - Vol. 1
& 2,
written by Drunvalo Melchizedek.

An exerpt:
"...It contains within its proportions every single aspect of life there is. It
contains every
single mathematical formula, every law of physics, every harmony in music, every
biological life form right down to your specific body. It contains every atom,
every
dimensional level, absolutely every thing that's within waveform universes."

Also... this geometic figure represents "the pure flame of consciousness that
resides deep
in the womb of the Earth and to which humanity's level of consciousness is
completely
dependent for its very existence."

While known as the 'Flower of Life' in many parts of the world, it is also
called by names
that translate as the 'Language of Silence' and the 'Language of Light'. It's
the primal
language of the universe, pure shape and proportion.

NamastÃà‚ƒÃ ‚©, Om Shanti and Many Blessings to You All,
Vickie
