for those how are on the hunt, and may be confused about what the body needs
vs money to 'have it all'.

i offer you a simple plan , that is easy and offordable.

breakfast ; you can go yogurt base or your milk choice
if your looking for yogurt, make your own ..
start by looking for a bacteria blend of the essential 5, i use udo;s blend
by flora.
then heat some soya milk to 111f, then with a temp probe add 2 pills(broken
to powder) at 105f.
if it is warmer you may kill the bacteria so remove from heat at this pt,
and let sit for 24hrs.
you may remove the water/fluid that will seperate , thus givng you a thick
consistency.
so once you have made your first natch you can reuse the remaing portion
from each batch to start the next.

now , for your daily efa (essential fatty acids) like amino(that you need 8
to make all20+)
you need 2 efa's.
these should be balanced and not heated.
you may find these in expensive oil blends, but the cheapo version is wheat
germ(which is omega6 rich) and flax, which you must grind , ideally fresh
daily (which is omega3 rich).
add some ffruit which is better with efa, as it will bond with the fats to
help slow the sugar breakdown over a longer period of time.

for dinner , i make a dip that is all inclusive, my base consists of tofu,
avacado, 1 whole head of spinach, yams, garlic(ao's), powdered
dulse(minerals), and whatever else you want, i put more flax in actually.
celtic sea salt (contains full minerals), cayenne (helps regenerate tissue,
and boost circulation), frsh redpeppers (vit-c), red bell
peppers(silica),cellery, ginger, black raddish (high alkalinity) and
whatever else you have , experiment with your food processors, if you don't
have one there worth there wieght in gold.
then using w/w sprouted wraps, add more greens, kale, chard, etc, schredded
carrots, beets

other suggestions; fresh aloe vera, all organic ingredients,

side notes; anything that may have once good oils , eg expellor pressed,
cold pressed, and then are heated, are actually mutated oils, and will cause
problems in the system , there is no mandates for labeling this kind of
processing.
all margarine is heated..
cold water fish is better then warm, when cooking with such oils, keep under
150f, double broil your fish.
keep in mind even though fish has efa;s they are longer carbon chains, like
20-22, as opposed to flax being 18, and is much easier to process , via the
liver.
if your going into sushi land make sure it is cold water, and try and
marinate in colloidal ag.
omega3's are very sensative to light, air , and heat, be mindful.

pan frying is a no no, hi temps cause healthy fats to mutate there chain,
from cis to trans, this makes the fat straighter, and less desirable, any
oil can do this , the better the oil, the more sensative.

flax is a abrasive, it will help rebalance fom long peroids of omega3
deficiency.
and clean and maintain colon-large/small intestine.s
will help remove stored toxic fats...@!
thats rt fats to remove fats, refer to udo urasmus ;s book , fats that heal
fats that kill.
has many online interviews, laura lee, rense.com

any other questions please return mail, with heading titled ~food....

best tea.. yerba mate, get the guayaki, good for mental acuity-clarity .
just something to chew about,
peace and love ,
clark, an incarnate of a nutrition freak.
