Subject: distortion
Dear Lotta:

What an important question (about distortion)!

Zee here:

I promptly replied to your question, but the moderator felt it was important
for me to clearly state that the following is a literary format. I am both
the questioner and the answerer.

This message is based upon a thesis I wrote, at the University of Waterloo,
yielding a degree, in '86. The University of Waterloo is ranked number one
among Canadian Universities. It is similar to M.I.T. The thesis was under
the supervision of Professor Kiyoshi Izumi.

Question: How does one part of the universe know another part of the
universe exists, or perhaps, how does it know the nature or the state of the
observed part of the universe? How do I know you, your nature or your state?
You have hundreds of billions of cells in your body. There are as few as
4,000 biochemical reactions per second, per cell and as many as 125,000
biochemical reactions per second, per cell. What is you? When is the what
you?

Answer: Something flows between the parts of the universe.
That something that flows between the parts of the universe is called
communication. That communication involves a medium, e.g. words, light,
images, sound! The medium is the message! The meaning containing and meaning
conveying capacity of the message, the medium and the literacy of the
receiver, all, make points of distortion possible. Some of the synonyms you
may be seeking are: deformed, contorted, muddled.

Question: Does the medium map the territory well?

Answer: Our understanding and our knowing or our comprehending requires a
kind of information melody. If we were to play the notes of a familiar piece
of music, one note at a time, with a stretched interval between the notes,
like an hour, could we hear the melody? No! We need the parts of the
composition, with significance, to inflect some kind of a melody - that our
particular level of literacy (array of references) recognizes. Similarly, if
the notes were to be played in a burst of contraction, we couldn't hear the
melody. We need it played at the rate of our cognitive capacity.

We need the map to contain and to convey the most significant correlations.
That may require several maps of the same territory. That is why I am
answering this question, so elaborately. Here we use 26 letters of the
English alphabet to "point to" (denote) and to "stand for" (represent)
everything. The English alphabet is such that the letters approximately
represent sounds or phonemes, which assemble into morphemes (like words).
Alternatively, there are languages that are logographic or pictographic,
like Chinese or Egyptian respectively.

Question: How much can you contain or convey of meaning or significance to
the mind of any recipient?

Answer: It depends upon the fund of knowledge and the references of the
recipient. The more you have in your repertoire of experiences and the more
thoroughly your abstraction capabilies, the better prepared one is to
understand or to comprehend. To abstract is to take the common elements from
an array of reference experiences. We use metaphors or analogies, often.

Question: What is the resolution of the energy parcelling system of the
reality?

Answer: In Third density reality, it is Plank's constant. That is the amount
of energy per beat of frequency of any given possible colour of light.
Everything in the universe is made up of charges or charge fractions, in
motion. That is why it is possible to say the E (for Energy) = (or has a
value folowing relationship) to the velocity of light squared. That is
because there is the light in the structure of the charges and light in the
motion of the charges, thus you need the velocity of light squared. Mass is
made up of charges and charge fractions, which are made up of light (or the
analogy of light, like gamma electromagnetic energy, involved in the weak
nuclear force).

If we have an adjasent reality using subharmonic energy parceling, we may
not be able to understand its patterns.

I hope this helps Lotta. I am perfectly willing and able to expand upon this
theme much further. Please ask, if you would like more help with this
subject.

Warm regards,
Zee

Hi Zee,

thank you for sharing your very interesting and thoughtful thesis. It added
another very
enlightening perspective for me on the meaning of distortion. I guess it will
fuel me to
think about for a time. Thank you for offering to explain more on the subject,
but
unfortunately I wonÃà‚‚Âà ƒÂƒÃ‚ƒÃ‚‚´t be able to read here for at least a week.
My 8 year old son ended up in hospital today and has to stay for a couple of
days and so
will I for most of the time. He caught a really bad diarria-virus (sorry, don`t
know how that
is written in english) that started this morning and he got really sick within
just one hour
with cold sweat, apathy and dehydration symptoms. But heà‚Âà ƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â´s getting rapidly
better now.

But for know I have enough thinking-food to digest on the subject distortion,
but I will ask
you if something stays unclear to me after I am back here again. Thank you, Zee!

Lotta
