QUESTIONER: Is it correct that a balanced entity would not be swayed towards
either positive or negative emotions, and would remain unemotional in any
situation he might confront?
RA: This is an incorrect application of the balancing method that we
discussed [the training of mind]. The goal of the exercise we gave you --
first experiencing your feelings, then consciously discovering their
polarity in the mind -- is not to experience a smooth flow of feelings both
positive and negative while remaining unswayed. Rather, the goal is to
achieve a [non-emotional] condition of always being unswayed. This is a
simpler result, although it does take much practice.
The catalyst of life-experience works in order for the learning of 3rd
density [and every density]. However, if a being has some form of emotional
response, even if it is only observed [and not acted upon], the entity is
still using the 3D catalyst for learning. After a long period of learning,
the end result is that the catalyst is no longer needed.
At this stage of development, the entire density is no longer needed [for
that soul]. This [balanced condition] is not indifference or objectivity,
but rather, a finely tuned compassion and love which sees all things as
love. Seeing "all things as love" elicits no emotional response due to
life-catalyst. Thus, the entity is now able to become a co-Creator of their
experiences. This is a truer balance [than trying to be unswayed by the
normal flow of emotions]. {v. II}
BALANCE AND PERSONAL ATTACK
QUESTIONER: So for a person who is truly balanced, if an animal or person
attacks them, they would not have an emotional response, but just love them,
see both of them as the Creator, and understand their actions as the result
of their own free will. Is this correct?
RA: This is basically correct. Of course, the balanced entity will see that
in the apparent attack of another person, the cause of their action is more
complex than the cause of the animal's attack. Thus [in understanding the
complexity of others' actions], the balanced entity is open to many more
opportunities for service to others. {v. II}
QUESTIONER: Would a perfectly balanced entity feel any emotional response in
being attacked?
RA: This is correct [there would not be any emotional reaction]. The [only]
response is love.
QUESTIONER: In 3rd density, it is difficult to maintain this [loving]
response, especially if the attack results in physical pain, but I assume
that this response [love] should be maintained even through physical pain or
the loss of one's life. Is this correct?
RA: This is correct, and further, is of major importance in understanding
the principle of balance. Balance is not indifference, but rather, the
observer not blinded by any feelings of separation and fully imbued with

Hi Bill,
I've been reading about ufology myself since probably around the age of
five, and there have been reports of this kind of thing for longer than
that.
Given the abundance of theoretical models for antigravity propulsion, and
the degree of secrecy which the US government is able to maintain when it
wants to, in my own opinion it is fairly probable that this kind of
technology exists. After all, it would probably only require one or two of
the numerous accounts of saucer crashes to be true. The main problem that
they would probably run into is fuel, since most of the accounts/theories
suggest that the propulsion system is fueled by elements normally found on
the ETs' planet of origin, and not naturally occuring on Earth.
Some would possibly consider me gullible for believing in this, but when
there's as much smoke as I've seen regarding this particular topic, in the
end you're forced to assume that there's fire somewhere.

Are you aware of any ground penetrating radar research investigating what
might be under the giza pyramid? In reading your book on the subject of
platonic solids and their relationship to 3rd density and manifestation
within 3rd density I was struck by the thought that the giza pyramid could
actually be a tetrahedron and thus extend below the surface as it does
above.

Subject: prayer/energy/intent request
This is the body of a text message I put in my shared folder for Emule, the
peer to peer file sharing program I use. I'd like to extend the request to
anyone on this list who'd be willing to help, though, and if you can also
tell people you know offline as well, that'd be great...I want to get this
request out to as many people as possible. I believe peer to peer
technology has the potential for tremendous STO use...I've experienced it
myself. I've also been reading a lot about setting intent recently, and
realised that p2p is an integral part of the type of future society that I
want to help co-create. It can help get designs for things like the free
energy technology and so on out to people in ways the STS groups can't
control, as well as doing similar things...so let's do this. :)
If there are any people using Emule who believe that prayer, or setting
intent, or projecting energy towards a desired outcome can help bring that
outcome about, then we all need your help.
I'm asking anyone who believes in the above to pray for/project the intent
that no more users of peer to peer file sharing anywhere be sued, and that
peer to peer file sharing be given full mainstream acceptance. We're going
to need as many people praying/projecting intent for this as possible.
I'm tired of reading about people being sued for wanting to help themselves
and each other, and I also think we can change this...we just have to make
the decision that it's not going to happen any more.

fascinating nonetheless, and wanted to share it with everyone here.

I'm re-reading the LoO myself at the moment and as I do so, I'm asking
myself...What is my motivation here?
At first I could not honestly answer the question, but then I realised...My
motivation is primarily sociological, in a physical/corporeal sense. As in,
I've long believed that more purely 4D society is going to be substantially
more positive and mutually beneficial in structure and behaviour than what
3D society has been...and that I not only wish to experience this greater
degree of positivity, but very much to participate in it.
Do other people believe that post-shift physical 4D genuinely *is* going to
be a lot more positive than what we currently experience, or am I simply a
naive Utopian? ;-)

life-catalyst. Thus, the entity is now able to become a co-Creator of their
experiences. This is a truer balance [than trying to be unswayed by the

BALANCE AND PERSONAL ATTACK
QUESTIONER: So for a person who is truly balanced, if an animal or person
attacks them, they would not have an emotional response, but just love them,
see both of them as the Creator, and understand their actions as the result
of their own free will. Is this correct?

in the apparent attack of another person, the cause of their action is more
complex than the cause of the animal's attack. Thus [in understanding the
complexity of others' actions], the balanced entity is open to many more

being attacked?

Hi Bill,
I've been reading about ufology myself since probably around the age of
five, and there have been reports of this kind of thing for longer than
that.
Given the abundance of theoretical models for antigravity propulsion, and
the degree of secrecy which the US government is able to maintain when it
wants to, in my own opinion it is fairly probable that this kind of
technology exists. After all, it would probably only require one or two of
the numerous accounts of saucer crashes to be true. The main problem that
they would probably run into is fuel, since most of the accounts/theories
suggest that the propulsion system is fueled by elements normally found on
the ETs' planet of origin, and not naturally occuring on Earth.
Some would possibly consider me gullible for believing in this, but when
there's as much smoke as I've seen regarding this particular topic, in the
end you're forced to assume that there's fire somewhere.

Are you aware of any ground penetrating radar research investigating what
might be under the giza pyramid? In reading your book on the subject of
platonic solids and their relationship to 3rd density and manifestation
within 3rd density I was struck by the thought that the giza pyramid could
actually be a tetrahedron and thus extend below the surface as it does
above.

This is the body of a text message I put in my shared folder for Emule, the
peer to peer file sharing program I use. I'd like to extend the request to
anyone on this list who'd be willing to help, though, and if you can also
tell people you know offline as well, that'd be great...I want to get this
request out to as many people as possible. I believe peer to peer
technology has the potential for tremendous STO use...I've experienced it
myself. I've also been reading a lot about setting intent recently, and
realised that p2p is an integral part of the type of future society that I
want to help co-create. It can help get designs for things like the free
energy technology and so on out to people in ways the STS groups can't
control, as well as doing similar things...so let's do this. :)
If there are any people using Emule who believe that prayer, or setting
intent, or projecting energy towards a desired outcome can help bring that
outcome about, then we all need your help.
I'm asking anyone who believes in the above to pray for/project the intent
that no more users of peer to peer file sharing anywhere be sued, and that
peer to peer file sharing be given full mainstream acceptance. We're going
to need as many people praying/projecting intent for this as possible.
I'm tired of reading about people being sued for wanting to help themselves
and each other, and I also think we can change this...we just have to make
the decision that it's not going to happen any more.

I'm re-reading the LoO myself at the moment and as I do so, I'm asking
myself...What is my motivation here?
At first I could not honestly answer the question, but then I realised...My
motivation is primarily sociological, in a physical/corporeal sense. As in,
I've long believed that more purely 4D society is going to be substantially
more positive and mutually beneficial in structure and behaviour than what
3D society has been...and that I not only wish to experience this greater
degree of positivity, but very much to participate in it.
Do other people believe that post-shift physical 4D genuinely *is* going to
be a lot more positive than what we currently experience, or am I simply a
naive Utopian? ;-)
