hello everyone,

my name is linda, and i am happy to be a part of this list.

my purpose in joining such a group is to gain and share information.
it is my belief that we and our earth are going through some wonderful
and sometimes frightening changes.

i find so many sites on the internet claiming imminent nuclear
distruction and/or large-scale earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.
there are many doomsdayers out there, and this saddens me a great
deal, because it will only cause panic in a society that is already
experiencing much fear and anxiety.

i do not negate the above claims. in fact, i believe that any and more
is possible. however, if we take these things to heart, we will quit
living life to its fullest. we won't care about others, and will
hunker down in fear of what is to come.

i do not have the answers, and am grateful for people like david, who
has openly and willingly shared the information he has gathered with
anyone who wishes to check out his website.

it is my belief that we cannot just "give up" and expect the worse,
but instead embrace the changes that are to come and learn as much as
we possibly can in order to be ready for them.

i also believe that there are those sts people, who, if they really
knew what was about to happen, would go out and run up credit bills,
and obtain as many material things as possible, among other
self-serving tendencies--and this is wrong.

whatever is to happen, i think it will be an opportunity for growth
for each of us, and i want to be ready (if one can really ever be
ready) for what is to come.
