><tt>i'd like to comment on this, if i may. the reason that i am commenting on this is to try to lift the veil of illusion here. lifting the veil is a part of "spiritual" growth; shocks and changes to one's paradigms of illusion can only help, even though the bursting of bubbles can be uncomfortable at times.</tt>

><tt>theus system of "justice"..."just+us" is, indeed, the best--if you are rich or powerful or have the right information at the right time, like a piece of incriminating evidence with which you can do a bit of black or green mail. if you are rich, you can get away with murder...o.j. is a well-known example of that.</tt>

><tt>this so-called system of just-us is a racket of nightmares. the decline and fall started way back in 1793, if you can believe that, and started by one of our own founding fathers, no less...john jay, our first supreme court chief justice. if he knew what he'd started in 1793, he'd be truly shocked today. what he started was the "immunity snowball" with a little legal snowball that he first threw, which has grown into this massive "immunity doctrine", which covers all judges(a"judge" is not a "justice"--there is a world of a difference between the two) in this country, along with all legislators on local, state and fed levels and all leo's(law enforcement officers).</tt>

><tt>this immunity doctrine means that all those who are covered by it are above the law, as it is defined today. try suing somebody covered by such a doctrine. next to impossible and winnable only by using the legal fiction laws within the system itself and not by using long-established principles of laws, based on the organic constitution for these united states of america and the common law.</tt>

>today, a judge can make any ruling of any kind for any reason with no fear whatsoever about the impact that such a ruling may make, with a few limitations, like being re-elected, the effect on the string-pullers and things like that. forget about making any kind of constitutional argument or common law argument in any court today anywhere--all such courts do not recognize the organic consitution; they only recognize the federalized constitution, which is vastly different in many important respects to the organic one.
