Hello everyone,
If we go over to closed membership then we can't turn it around later on. It
would be a once and for all decision. That would mean that people would have
to contact myself or another appointed person for membership privately,
possibly have to furnish some basic information, and then possibly be
invited to join. Everyone who's already here would get to stay, providing
the discussion guidelines are followed.
