Yes that is exactly it, in a nutshell. When action is carried out from any place
other than that which arises from within as being true, it carries with it
Karma. Which is the debt created through ones erroneous or unrealised actions in
an illusion. That must be returned, so as to prompt the creator of those actions
into the realisation of what IS real, but when a nation or an individual does
not see the true teaching they continue to create Karma, and bind themselves
more tightly to the their own suffering.
The word 'karma' is derived from the Sanskrit kr, meaning to do; all action in
duality (good bad, right wrong, us them) while unawakened, creates karma. Karma
is the effects of all actions being return for completion. All Karma must be
brought into neutralisation or completion through surrender before a release
from this reality may be known. That includes both individual and collective. So
Karma is the amount of cause and effect through ones misuse of freewill and the
corresponding preferences taken in duality that a being must first complete
with, or neutralise through realisation of the truth, before liberation and a
release from this reality may be experienced.
But All that is done through a lack of realization, and the karma that in error
has been created from it, can be dissolved in a moment through surrender to what
is true.
There are two realities, one is real one is "self" created, and therefore only
real to those selves that created it, and as such has no Bearing in reality. The
True Ascension is awakening to what is real by surrendering what is not.
