I'd like to make a general comment on the nature of the CORPORATION(CORPS)
to shed a light on why the world is the way it is in regards to CORPS.
Firstly I type "CORPORATIONS" and the names of the CORPS because they are
LEGAL FICTION ENTITIES, meaning that they exist on paper and concept only;
they do not breath or live like naturally self-reproducing beings nor exist
as any physical form(as the form itself, not its aquired capital). They are
completely fictional. Any word that is spelled in ALL CAPS has special
relevance in the LAWS of the CORPORATE world and is not taken to be
shouting, nor emphasis in text. I apologize for any irritance on anyone's

It is very hard to compress an understanding of CORPS into a single e-mail
when such an understanding has been years in the undertaking, but I will try
my best to make it as clear as I can as to why the world is the way it in
regards to CORPS.
People frequently refer to the feeling of being powerless and overwhelmed
when dealing with CORPS. Dealing with a large multinational CORP is like
trying to row a boat by oneself with a teaspoon when the ENTITIES have teams
of rowers, all well-equiped and very well paid for maximum performance.
Such a feeling is very true and it is because of the nature of the CORP.
In order to legally exist and function as a CORP, it must charter with a
STATE GOVERNMENT of some kind. The charter establishes the existence of the
CORP and empowers it to act on its own behalf. In return for that kind of
existential power, the CORP agrees to abide by all the LAWS of the STATE.
The charter for a CORP is the very key to its existence, thus is the key to
its subsequent behavior after the creation thereof--this is an important
point, so much so that it gets its own paragraph.
A CORP that has chartered with a STATE, must follow its laws. Guess what,
the STATE, both on the smaller STATE level, like a STATE in the UNITED
STATES or a FEDERALIZED STATE is itself a CORPORATION. This bears
repeating: all GOVERNMENTS(GOVTS) on the entire planet are themselves
CORPORATIONS operating under a system of LAWS called ADMIRALTY

interesting about brilliant Republic system of Laws that our Founding
Fathers created is that they gave the People full power to revoke the
charter of a Corporation if it did not follow all of the Laws of the State
or failed to follow the requirements of its charter. Pull the charter; end
of Corporation. As a creature of the State, the Corporation must follow the
will of the State. The State, by definition and fact, is the body of the
People. The People, being of superior rank to the State, is also superior
to any Corporation chartered with that State.
This means that a People could decide that a Corporation had to not only
ensure profitability, but also be socially responsible, environmentally
conscious, be transparent, to be fair and any other condition that the
People desire. This is the key to power of People over Corporations.
The big problem with the STATE that it is an entirely different creature

real People. The STATE, in order to exist, must form as a CORPORATION under

through a great deal of debate, decided reluctantly to withdraw from the
Union. So this led to war. The north won--it had unlimited financial
resources with the monied European CORPORATIONS. It was precisely that
massive power of CORPORATIONS that fueled the exodus from Europe and the
founding of original united States of America. It was not the right to
worship that fueled the creation of a system of Laws, conceived in Liberty,
it was the frightening power of the monied CORPORATIONS that drove our
Founding Fathers to create a system of Laws that were based on real things,
like the Land(Law of the Land), the People and the events in life. Freedom
of religion was incidental, but important, of course.
On March 27th, 1861, the united States of America ceased to exist; a few
days later, an ENTITY, called "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and called a quorum
in Congress. Those who did not want to participate with this new ENTITY,
were encouraged to quit; those who wanted to stay on had to create a
contract with the new ENTITY. A key enticement to signing on was the
millions of dollars dangling in front of them. The new money, the European
money, flowing into the coffers of the new ENTITIY, the UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, financed the Civil War for one reason only: to establish the power
and hegemony of the new ENTITIY, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The war was
not about slavery, it was about money and power. The ENTITIES won that
battle and war. Victors in war gets the spoils. They created the war by
creating many situations, powered by their money, that upset a great many
Southerners to the point that they were really pissed off, yet it was the
Northerners who made the first strike in the war, not the Southerners.

power) for CORPORATIONS to be even more profitable...A vicious cycle that
creates a stacked deck against the People and in favor of the ENTITIES.
This game of pressures of profitability is like a pool game that is played
on a flat plane of tightly stretched material that is a matrix. The bigger
the ball, the greater the weight and the more it draws to itself, like the
pull of a planet pulling lesser objects towards it. The ADMIRALTY system
creates conditions in which the balls(CORPS) get ever bigger, consuming not
only everthing around them, but each other as well. Eventually it becomes
this one huge conglomerate of a ball that has one center of gravity, one
center around which all things revolve. This is the why of the relentless
push towards a "one world government".
That is why so many wars are started by ones acting on the behalf of the
ENTITIES. Their greed is never satiated, like a parasite on a host. The
parasite won't stop growing until the host dies. Every single war that I
can think of that happened in the last few centuries happened because of a
reaction to events that were covertly instigated by well-paid agents acting
on behalf of an ENTITY. These ENTITIES, stirring the pot, start events
that lead to their desired outcome: power/control that they gain from the
"solutions" that they present to the gullible, confused and frightened
people. First the pot is stirred by hired agents, then a major crisis
happens, to which an ENTITY then comes forth with a "solution" which favors
them at the expense of the many. This model of STATE growth has happened
for a very long time, at least since the Roman times and before that all the
way back to its roots in the Annunaki kind.
So the existence of the STATE creates conditions that happen on a larger
scale than otherwise would happen. The recent act of "trrsm" in NY and
deecee is but the latest in the stirring of the pot by ENTITIES through

system and go live on the land somewhere and exist peacefully with other
people, trading and supporting each other. Many have done that, but still
are a tiny minority of the population. Most of us have to deal with these
massive ENTITIES, who are victors in this game of business. One can unplug
from the system by eliminating the contracts with the system, i.e., SOCIAL
SECURITY, DRIVER LICENCE, the 1040 tax form POWER OF ATTORNEY, VOTER
REGISTRATION, etc. and still function within the system by invoking the Laws
of the orginal united States of America, which still have force and power of
Law and is superior over any ENTITY anywhere. A number of People have done
this and some are doing very well, but many struggle with this, though. I
have and, believe me, its rough.
One can be completely within the system(if you have a SS number, a DRIVER
LICENCE, VOTER REGISTRATION, etc.)and still have some degree of power over
the STATE by refusing do certain things or demanding things that they wish
for you to do or demand, such as not to go to war in retaliation to the
trrst act in NY and deecee. The STATE can go only so far because it has to
act as if it must obey the will of the people(note the uncap'd "p", as the
people today are inferior to the STATE, thus subject to the laws of the
STATE) because...here's the caveat...the STATE is masquerading as a State.
It has to pretend that it bows to the will of the people, when, in reality,
the STATE is superior to its subjects, the people, because the STATE is the
creation of an elite cabal. One who creates the thing owns the thing. Most
people are subject to the ADMIRALTY LAWS by contracts, the SS#, VOTER
REGISTRATION, etc. People are tricked into contracting with the STATE, thus
now the STATE has the power to do what it wants. The cabal cares not who
lives and dies--it only cares about what is in it for them--all else is

nothing if they, by this event, were to preserve a massively unbalanced way
of life, balanced in their favor and steered towards them several extra
trillion bucks that would otherwise have gone to other things, like feeding
the starving masses of people, assisting people to get basic things for
life, healing the environmental damages, etc. There's not enough profit in
those things--some, but not enough. They are used to their massive profits
gained from their extractive and war-based industries.
People, as a whole, abhor war, hence the need for the STATE to create a
condtion in which there is a strong desire for retribution, ergo, the trrst
event in NY. I have now uncovered enough evidence that convinces me that
the culprit in this henious act is no less than the dark side of the yew ess

Of course, this event is happening on many levels, thus it was allowed to
happen. It is a major catalyst for all of us. I feel that it is imperative
for those who desire peace to speak out and demand that there be no
retribution by the yew ess gughmnt. Point out the actrocities that were
perpetuated by the yew ess gughmnt and the pain of the victims of their
trangressions. Point out that the surest way to break this cycle is to
forgive--and to change. Demand that the yew ess gughmnt end the trade
sanctions against Iraq, for example. The yew ess guhment's Achilles heel is

people, so if enough of them demand no wars or retributions, then they won't

happen. It is a major catalyst for all of us. I feel that it is imperative
for those who desire peace to speak out and demand that there be no
retribution by the yew ess gughmnt. Point out the actrocities that were
perpetuated by the yew ess gughmnt and the pain of the victims of their
trangressions. Point out that the surest way to break this cycle is to
forgive--and to change. Demand that the yew ess gughmnt end the trade
sanctions against Iraq, for example. The yew ess guhment's Achilles heel is
that it is parading as a State, thus it must listen to the will of the
people, so if enough of them demand no wars or retributions, then they won't
likely happen. But that won't stop the STATE from stirring the pot.
