ok, i'm hoping someone out there can help me finding a term, for a
topic that i've read before but have since not been able to find
after formatting my hard drive.

i hope i can explain it correctly.

a field of energy, unseen, where it has the potential to become
anything. it forms "stuff" based on intent and thought. in other
words, "thought creates reality."

does anyone know what i'm talking about? i need the terminology so i
can look it up again, doing a little project. :)

thanks in advance!
kara

i'm thinking ectoplasm, but you can see ectoplasm. the zero point
field seems most like what you describe except the entire field spans
the mutliverse.

i appreciate those of you that have replied to me on this board and
through my email account.

i haven't yet seen what i was looking for, but i will continue
looking.

i cannot remember if i saw this article through links from wilcox's
site or crystalinks. but it is in article form, and not from a
spiritual or occult standpoint but more along the line of a
scientific paper.

i mentioned in some emails that the only analogy i can think of, is
this field of energy is like stem cells. stem cells can be anything,
given the right catalyst.

i won't die if i don't find this article but there was something in
it that i need to refer to in order to conduct an experiment.

thanks again for all your help. maybe something will pop up soon, it
always seems to. :)

not completely sure that this might be what your looking for,
because there are many different things that could relate to what
you discribe, but what about "aether". i remembered reading
something about it on one of the many articles on david's website,
so i went back looking for it and found this....

i thought that maybe you had read this article also...but if not, it
does make for a good read

the trouble with this is that nobody has bothered to keep a decent history of
this theory's development based on loo; and lots of people have been reinventing
the theory from scratch. if better check had been kept then relevant terms for
different aspects of the theory would have been invented as and when needed. as
it is there are over a hundred terms for the idea of unknown field of energy:
prana, ch'i, ruach, telesma, nous, yesod, pneuma, aether, njom, vril, hormic
energy, unitary principle and many others.

the modern science connection comes from a catholic priest (boscovich) extending
newton's theory (based upon earlier ideas of bruno giordano and others) and
eventually being taken up by einstein's phd student baranski.

younghawk,

i have to laugh here, because you led me to an article that i was
indeed looking for, but not about the energy field. i was also
wanting to find the term for the "phi spiral."

i wanted to thank you for taking the time to search for this and post
it for me. *hugs*

you made my day!

thanks again
